Personally I'd love it but I can't see anyone spending the money on it or indeed as many people wanting to see it. Also I don't think Noel would be interested in it although Liam has already said he is. It would certainly be cool to get something covering Be Here Now up to SOTSOG or Bonehead leaving but then again that's not really enough for one film. Trying to cram in BHN with everything that followed til the break up would also be difficult and a bit futile cos there's not really enough time to reveal anything we don't already know. Also the MkII years don't really seem as interesting. I guess what I'd love is a Be Here Now / SOTSOG era documentary but will we get it?

Definitely don’t need it. End on a high. End on the era that people mostly give a shit about. Oasis are legends because of 1994-1998.

I'd rather have a new documentary cover 1998-2009. The early years have been covered so much and we don't need anymore. I think the middle-later years would be way more interesting IMO.

I would love a 1998-2009 documentary, 'Falling Down', named after the last single, fitting in with 'Supersonic' after the first. Due to the growing availability of the internet in this period, interviews and gigs are much more readily available, so it would be nice to focus on rarer stuff.

I'd love to, but I don't think it would had much audience outside this forum.

I'd love to, but I don't think it would had much audience outside this forum. Absolutely, there's not that much to cover apart from the band's views about lesser quality albums and the huge world tours, which was covered by Lord Don't Slow Me Down anyway. I'd rather have an anthology or a BBC live album as they had some great performances on TV and radio.

We know Noel briefly mentioned he had a meeting about a potential BBC style album release but that was way back in the summer of 2011. I’d have imagined if they really loved some live TV or radio performances they would have been added to each appropriate album during the Chasing The Sun campaign. Or maybe an easy cash grab later on. Who knows. It should LEAN heavy on 1994-1996.

Will we see Sacha Baron Cohen as Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rhapsody 2 where the main character dies in the middle of the film and then the band carries on without him?

I think we need two more films:
1. 96 - 99: The immediate aftermath of Knebworth, the madness of making BHN and the huge tour, and ending with Bonehead and Guigs leaving the band and everything changing.
2. 2000-2009: Starting with SOTSOG with Gem and Andy joining, finishing with the eventual split
I'm sure Mat Whitecross would be very up for it.

No.
What would be the point?

don't see the point. Nothing really exciting happened after Be Here Now.
They were not culturally relevant anymore or exciting. They just become another big name band producing pretty average albums and doing the album/tour cycle with new members that weren't exactly exciting.

A lot of Oasis fans don't even respect the Noughties era, imagine putting a film out to the general public about it lol.

I have watched Supersonic so many times it would be nice to watch something new. I'm sure there's lots of interesting and funny stories from the later years too, but then again it could be too bitter and sad.

¿Will we get Goonies 2? Thanks. Preach! First movie I saw in the theaters. So many possible storylines for Goonies 2. Like how Sloth moves in with Chunk since the Fratelli's went to prison and becomes a full fledged Goonie. Maybe Chunk and Sloth expand their love of Baby Ruth candy bars and ice cream into a business. So many fun Goonie adventures to be had. Bottomline, the world needs a Goonies movie; I'm sure it'll eventually be remade like every other movie at least..... God bless.

I have Goonies on the brain this morning, anyway, not sure if you know this but in the movie when the kids are being interviewed by the t.v. crew at the end of the movie and Data mentions there being a giant squid and was like, ' what the fuck?'; well, there's an extended version of the movie with a giant squid - it's shown when the kids are jumping off One-Eyed Willie's pirate ship......saw the extended version couple years ago, always thought it was a script mistake before. God bless.

Not sure Noel (or Liam) would want to do it but a film that charted the madness of the Be Here Now era onwards would be great - call it "Falling Down: The Collapse of a Rock 'n' Roll Band'.
If Noel approached it the same way as that DVD commentary on the Oasis videos it could be great.
Focus on the '96 split Liam's drug bust Recording of Be Here Now and madness of the era Going to Downing Street Reaction to Be Here Now Bonehead and Guigs leaving, Andy and Gem joining Barcelona 'split' in 2000 Liam pissed at Wembley in 2000 Liam fight in Germany 2003 Success of Don't Believe the Truth General deterioration of brothers' relationship and fight that led to Noel quitting
Reckon it could be a good watch - and very funny.

You'd never get both brothers on board for a film about the break up, as they both maintain completely different stories of what happened.
