Think this is true now that I've had a good listen. I love that The Coral are so ambitious about making albums in a way few bands are anymore. I love that this album wears all its influences on its sleeve like ghosts, but also takes you somewhere you haven't been. Cool stuff.

Such a good record, think part 2 is my favorite, always prefered their slightly darker side. So many good tunes. Just finished the book as well, which has made the whole experience better for me. Feel very immersed in coral island and think i'll be spending a lot of time there over then next few months.

What you gals and guys think of my coral playlist? These are my faves and think it flows quite well.. wanted to not have two tracks back to back from the same album, but couldn't leave out the transition between come home and far from the crowd. Any suggestions for tracks you really like that I've missed off this extensive list 😂 don't really know the b sides and bonus tracks so could be missing a few treats
