My top 10 is 100% 1994-1995 What's the number 1 ? Bring It On Down ? Yeah, but at least you had a few B-sides in there Hmm, maybe that is my 'There She Goes'* then, as you're 100% right ^^ *meaning that I've let people know how much I like that track Funnily enough, There She Goes isn't my favourite track ever. Well, it's probably still in the top 10. About Bring It On Down, it's pure luck for me. I was thinking about great songs on DM that are almost never in the n°1 spot, and I thought BIOD. My second guess would have been Up In The Sky

This thread is so hipster - being radical with exclusions like Slide Away. The shame...

I'll have to do one of these lists myself, but first I need to relisten to everything(well, all the songs that I know have a chance of making the top 10). Listening to Definitely Maybe as I type this, and hopefully I'll come back with a glorious list in a couple of days. I haven't been binge listening to Oasis like this in a long time, and I reckon it won't happen again anytime soon, but it was worth it, and I was able to completely my mission. So here it is... 1. Bring It On Down 2. Some Might Say 3. Champagne Supernova 4. Live Forever 5. Slide Away 6. Columbia 7. Don't Look Back In Anger 8. Fade Away 9. Gas Panic! 10. Morning Glory Honorable mentions to My Big Mouth, The Hindu Times, Married With Children, D'you Know What I Mean? and Rock 'n' Roll Star.

This thread is so hipster - being radical with exclusions like Slide Away. The shame... If you want hipster check this out. According to last.fm my most listened to Oasis songs are *drum roll* ... 1. Falling Down (Amorphous Androgynous Remix) 2. Lord Don’t Slow Me Down 3. Falling Down 4. Hello (Demo) 5. Waiting For The Rapture 6. All Around The World 7. Some Might Say (Demo) 8. Those Swollen Hand Blues (!) 9. Get Off Your High Horse Lady (!!) 10. Hey Now (Demo) The reality is these are not the songs I’ve listened to most, just the mp3s I’ve listened to the most. I still listen to CDs way more. As for my favourite tracks, I’d find this exercise almost impossible, but DYKWIM would definitely be up there. X

1. Some Might Say 2. Don’t Lock Back In Anger 3. Champagne Supernova
Probably the songs most consistently in my top 3
In no particular order
Talk Tonight Listen Up Cast No Shadow Wonderwall (played to death but the studio version is utterly fantastic) Stand By Me Whatever Slide Away
If I had more balls I would replace Slide Away with The Fame which I listen to a ridiculous amount of times.
Honorable mentions:
Live Forever Morning Glory Roll It Over Hindu Times Songbird Little by Little Shock of the lightning Im outta time It’s good to be free All around the world
Not sure why but I’m not big on DM these days

Was thinking of putting Slide Away in my Top 10 instead of Underneath The Sky or Fade Away but the fact is I listen to those two songs more and like them more.

I too am a bit surprised by the lack of Gas Panic! It’s truly outstanding and honestly if the Stones, Floyd or Zep had done it, it’d be up there with their greatest songs.
The sounds, the lyrics, the vocals, it’s amazing. Also a monster live!

Sometimes I love GP, but other times I feel it drags a bit.

If my top 10 was based on live performances then gas panic would be in the top two, my whole top ten would probs be different tbh

This thread started out as a witch hunt to show Beady’s Here Now colluded against the supposed brilliance of AATW and has morphed somehow into a conspiracy of the highest order against Slide Away. FAKE NEWS.

Kind of chronological, not necessarily the best ones, but the most beloved:
Alice Take me Bring it on down Morning Glory Rockin' chair My big mouth Gas panic! Where did it all go wrong (I got to have at least one Noel vocal!) Born on a different cloud Guess God thinks I'm Abel
