Lack of variety in their setlists. Although, this could probably be said for most bands.

Their stubborn inability/unwillingness to musically evolve.
I know it's been said on here countless times (not least by me), but if Oasis had been able to incorporate more diverse influences and perhaps set aside some of their huge ego to collaborate with a producer that would actually challenge them, they might still be relevant today. Instead, the Gallaghers have the reputation of being musical luddites, stuck in a gilded age of rock classicism while eventually succumbing to all of its cliches. But that's never told the whole story. This is, after all, the same group with the Noel Gallagher that released a number-one single with The Chemical Brothers. This is the same group with the Noel Gallagher who released a track as daring as Teotihuacan. This is the same group with the Liam Gallagher who released Doesn't Have to Be That Way. Yet, because they were so insistent on insistently staying the way they were, rehashing the same songs again and again, we only caught fleeting glimpse of Gallagher brothers with balls.

That they ended the way they did. They should have just finished the tour then took time off and then split (however pre-arranged it was) over guitars and plums

To this day I have no fucking idea why both TMOS and AGN were in the same set list. They are the same fucking song ffs.

...their fans. See also The Smiths and Arctic Monkeys Wha...? Oasis fans are the best, bar the odd piss throwing dickhead. Maybe in America but in Britain they're the pits. Beered up luddite knobheads all with the same Wellend haircut wearing their big coats and sunglasses indoors. More or less it's the same for Arctic Monkeys. I think it's a working class dickhole thing. The Smiths fans are dickholes for a whole other set of reasons.

Like saying all Blur fans are students whos mums dress them or Green Day fans are all suicidal emos who society just doesn't get.

I've written this before but in my experience it's more 'middle class pretending to be working class' idiots acting the arseholes at gigs, for example the coked and pissed up idiots I saw at Finsbury Park with business colleagues were actually recognised by the younger sister of one of our group as being from her expensive private school. Also similar incidents such as the Jesus and Mary Chain 'riot' in the eighties at North London Polytechnic mainly comprised of drunk students giggling and throwing things in a very jovial manner before running off in case the campus security collared them. I'm not saying proper working class or whatever the term these days is people can't be arseholes, but the people I've come across at gigs including Oasis shows tend to be more middle class doing the most rebellious thing they could think of, actually a cliche based on how they think from films, etc. people act, and sadly probably the most exciting day of their lives.

To say all of a certain fanbase is a certain way with such conviction is ridiculous.
I hope none of you generalise Ethnic groups in such a way.

Nope I was actually commentating that looks can be deceiving re: Oasis based on personal experience, and regarding Green Day the Tim Yohannan piece was a tongue-in-cheek reference to the late Maximum Rockn'Roll editor's famous hatred of the latter band. As far as judging ethnic groups given my mixed heritage I certainly don't, although I would also say that opinions of a fanbase formed on the band and fan behaviour at such shows for example whilst simplistic and ridiculous is not to my mind on the same level as ignorance demonstrated by ethnic/religious prejudices.
