That makes it a bit weird to see him act the big rock star persona in videos, gigs and interviews, like he's trying to be Liam Gallagher without having the talent of either Noel or Liam. I don't know, that's actually what I like about him. Isn't that the whole point and message of Rock And Roll? Be yourself. He is that person and that is cool even if he is working in Tesco. What, you can only act like that if you are in top 50 rock and roll artists in history 😅 |

Still dont know why the last one was hated to be honest. I still listen to it with great pleasure.
So far the 3 new tracks are quality too.
Not groundbreaking music but well written and produced. A guilty pleasure.
Maybe he should stop putting a different girl in every video though.

Even his 60s sounding stuff..not my cup of tea is well produced and instantly Kane-esque recognisable Yeah, Coming of Age, Tears are Falling, Constantly, Caroline or Adios Ta-ra Ta-ra are great tunes. That's already half the album. The duet Nothing's Ever Gonna Be Good Enough is also pretty cool, I love Corinne Bailey-Rae on it. Like the kinky duets or the 60s or 70s. The rest is a bit filler-esque, like most of his other records. But to me, its his best record so far. |

Crazy how his last album was not liked by some fans. It was a good one. My favorite. Full of ideas on the production side, melodic...
This one is back to a danger free territory. It's fine, it has some really good moments but also some stinkers. It's a safe record to get the fans back ? Did he lose some ? Didnt really follow. I get it, every artist does it after a "risky" move. Even Noel did.
Hoping for some extra tracks in the coming weeks, those tracks are always interesting and wild.
