Right.. there is no way in hell DemScissors isn't NG. I'll explain-First and foremost, Bear in mind that, yes, I'm ancient. In 1997 Noel played in a Free Tibet gig. He's since been banned from entering China... This was waaaaay back. I couldn't, for the life of me remember this unprompted... It took me a while to gather the reasons for it when I read this tweet. It was a long time ago, it wasn't that much of a big deal then and don't remember it being mentioned since. Honestly don't believe anyone would remember it and actively reply to someone regarding the question... Unless... Its the person itself and actually knows of the ban. There was also an incident for Oasis during the DOYS tour. I believed they had a gig in China scheduled, but were denied access because of Noel's past with the Free Tibet concert. |

I remember she made a fake account impersonating Liam that was supposed to explain the real meaning behind Liam’s tweets, every post she wrote was like “I’m a talentless and useless idiot, jealous of my successful and talented brother” but way more hateful, some fans are just over the top. |

I find it weird how Liam and Noel's fanboy/girls often seem to take the very worst elements of Liam and Noel's characters, exaggerate them, and then use them as the basis for their own personalities (or, at least, their online personas). So you tend to get Liam's fanboy/girls as knuckle-dragging fuckwits and Noel's as sanctimonious elitists--like the lass above. It's odd. |

First of all, "knuckle dragging fuckwit" = 5 stars, well done. Secondly, I am proud to be one then as a fan of the man who congratulated American kids last week for their gun control advocacy. I'm sure that lost him some fans here. Also, if you remember, last fall after Noel yammered on about ISIS or summat one day, Liam pointedly posted this. It was in response to Noel's 'Parka Monkey/Common Pigeon' comment - which was really just Noel playing his arrogance up (which is something that most people always loved about him). The thing is at that time (october/november) Liam was on the high and Noel was having to start again in a way. Every question was about Liam. And he just, for whatever reason, clearly doesn't like him at all. And so he gave arrogant, aloof answers. |

Oh I didn't mean that Noel didn't say something about ISIS mate/how he thought we should deal with terrorism etc or whatever I just don't think Liam's tweet was in response to it. He definitely referenced parka monkeys and common pigeons during the announcement on Radio X. |
