Word is that NGHFB are doing a Radio 2 session on this date.
Last time they performed for Radio 2, it was an acoustic-led set so be interesting what they'll do this time round.

Interesting. Got any link?
It could be a full-band gig like the one they did back in 2011.

Can't see any of this album working for an acoustic set. Think we might be more likely to see psychedelic circus chimps with a French nuvo vibe and a liberal sprinkling of household implements.

Last time I really hoped for Going Nowhere. I hope it's an acoustic set. Noel is at his best with an acoustic guitar.

If this is true, it'll be exactly two years to the day since his last BBC Radio 2 sessions (the acoustic one).
Weird coincidence.
Like, I'm going to see The Charlatans at Manchester Apollo on Dec 2. So, exactly two years to the day (and probably exact minute) I saw Jonny Marr and NG there in 2015 lol

I also imagine it'll be the full band and the setlist will be a near copy of the one he played at the Apple Music gig.
12-13 songs max.
Can't see this not happening before Xmas.
He's got no UK gigs until April next year. That's a hell of a long time to wait.
There'll be a few mini gigs/TV appearances on talk shows throughout December and January I imagine, before he gets off to the US.
It'll be interesting to see what happens come next summer.
They've not slotted in any Asia or Australia gigs yet, while South America will be announced as well.
From what Noel said and looking at when he'll be free, I think we'll see the following:
- December 2017/January 2018 - some more mini-gigs. A bit of promo. Nothing major. - February/March - US of A - April/May - Europe & UK - June/July/August - European Festivals. Definitely think Glasto is on the cards for him this year. Second on the bill on the Pyramid Stage. July could see him go Fuji Rock, potentially Summer Sonic. He's not playing Spain on his Euro tour so I imagine he'll be doing Beni and the DCode (?) festival in Madrid. - October - South America/Australasia (and Asia depending on whether he does go to Japan in the summer) - December - possibly another UK leg, but I've got a feeling this tour won't be anywhere near the length of the CY tour.

Jo Whiley just mentioned Noel will be live from Maida Vale next month if I understood correctly, don't know if it's this, I'm guessing it is

Can anyone confirm that the Jo Whiley Show session on December 07th will be live on the night? I ask because the Graham Norton Show is recorded on Thursday evenings, and NGHFB will be appearing on it this week. (It'll be broadcast on BBC One on Friday December 08th.)
I know Noel is talented, but even he can't be in two places at the same time...

Argh, I was hoping for a gig rather than tracks interspersed with interview (especially as he's saying the same shit as he has in every other one)
