I understand you are basing it on your previous experience etc but it's a bit harsh to lump all English people in together with that sweeping statement? Is it only the English that misbehave abroad? I was expecting someone from UK would say something like that, but please don't get me wrong. We, non UK'ers go to see bands in UK as well and my post was not aimed at anyone on this forum. I have great friends in England myself. I know it's not a majority of the people from UK, but quite many behave badly while they're on holiday in Amsterdam or at a gig. If you ask any Dutch members on this forum, they know what I mean, but I'm not starting any debate about it. There's good people and there's also bad people everywhere in the world. My post wasn't meant to be harsh for UK members on this forum. I understand what you mean. I somehow managed to team up with some lads from Stoke when I was in Italy and we were both trying to find the right train to the venue before Kasabian gig. They were really drunk and shouting so we almost got kicked out of the train. If it wasn't for me we would've got kicked out of the train but I managed to convince the train staff that we can behave 10 minutes and then leave at the first station that's near the venue...

Got a ticket for the Olympia, I was surprised how fast it sold. There are still a few tickets available but the way my order was processed slowly clearly indicated there was a high demand for that gig, whereas there are still many tickets available for both of Noel's gigs at the same venue a month later.

Reading between the lines it seems like you were possibly talking about groups of English lads? We all know, and no doubt experience first hand, that Oasis in their pomp attracted many a beer soaked group of lads, for better or worse! Unfortunately Amsterdam is also seen by lots of English as the ideal stag trip, due to close location, relatively cheap beer and to experience the local delicacies. Perhaps constantly seeing idiot stag groups has had an impact on your view of the UK.

All these countries are the first to say how awful it is having the British, but im sure their businesses would soon notice the difference if they didnt have them.
And Amsterdam isnt exactly searching for saints, as you were.

Haven't been able to buy tickets yet, as was in court this morning and really have to give this a thought. Can't really find anyone to go with. If I go with my mom, I'd have to pay for her ticket and trainticket. I really don't feel like paying €100. Can't really miss that at the moment. Of course I could grab it from my savings but once you start doing that...
Oh Liam, why'd you have to announce a European tour near the end of the month, but not near enough?! On the other hand, this probably won't sell out quick so maybe I could try it in a few weeks time.

The Palladium is not a good venue for a concert. Happy for Liam but it sucks if you wanna enjoy a decent concert. What? Why? I like it and have always enjoyed concerts there.

The acoustic of the Palladium is shit, the view in many cases too and if you sell tickets with the name of the E-Werk then you should keep it there. Like I said, it's great for Liam, but I don't like the change.

Still managed to get a mouthful of piss. UK crowds can be as barbaric as they are hedonistic. I’ve seen chaos down the front at Murrayfield that genuinely left me worried about people being crushed to death. The band are part of it all though, always something about Oasis’s music that stirred up hedonism in people.

Surely you’ve encountered the Oasis piss throwers? I always thought it was lager until I was enlightened. And bruises - don’t ask about the bruises. And stolen phones. But still 10/10.

Weird, when I went to the website I only saw those VIP tickets. Maybe it's because I was logged in and I already own the ticket... But why do you think it won't sell out soon? Over half of the shows are sold out apparently and I thought Amsterdam would have the highest demand because it's so close to UK.

It has the biggest capacity of all the other venues, however. 5500 is pretty big to sold out quick. It's almost double the capacity of Fabrique in Milan.
