There’s nothing more annoying to me than people who beat a dead horse like mocking flat earth believers for laughs. It’s the same as people who make the same Trump jokes and observations on Twitter. No rational person believes flat earth theories, but the people who continue to make memes about them allow people who think like to be seen. It’s really similar to a lot of atheists who make jokes about religion. Update your arsenal, you hacks

Just because you're well up on your Sam Harris podcasts, and have made a hero out of Ben Shapiro, doesn't mean you've got it all sorted out. I'm sure there are many things of which you're ignorant, and many ways in which you could benefit from opening your mind more and respecting other people's opinions, and all that other stuff you continually bark at us to do, from your moral high ground. |

For me though, flat earth isn’t a viable answer. It doesn’t make much sense to me |

kind of the point of science that you don't have to just believe it. Evidence is presented and conclusions drawn, but you are free to examine the evidence for yourself and draw different conclusions if you disagree. Or collect your own evidence and use it to challange the status quo. |
