Can you please tell me wtf it's even about. lol This thread was created by the mods after someone derailed the Holy Mountain trying to justify how he could use "n***er" and not be racist. Now it's turned into a general political discussion thread, I guess. Actually I think I was the one that brought up the n-word, as an example to someone that thought using "gay" as an insult (didn't mean it as such but anyway) was perfectly fine. So you can all blame me. |

I edited some of the posts to avoid further insults. I went away for a couple of hours and came back to 5 new pages (!) to be honest this isn't a topic I'm into but you guys made a good debate with interesting points. just try to keep it clean and respectful cheers PS: any suggestions about a thread name? Look, no-one's gonna take your points seriously until you admit that the countries you're talking about aren't implementing communist ideology. It doesn't matter how many times you make the same point, it's still gonna be wrong. Unless, of course, you can show us an example of them implementing communist ideology? But in this particular thread, he's certainly been acting like one. The statement that I quoted was the straw that broke the camel's back, because TheEscapist has REPEATEDLY (and i'm not kiddig when I say between 5-10 times) denounced all oppressive regimes, or in this case the ones being perceived as communist. Jordan KNOWS TheEscapists position on this, yet he ignores it and repeatedly misconstrues/misinterprets his answers. |

Maybe we had certain disagreements but I think that conversation about black people and gay people went very well. It is good to talk about those things, moderators also reacted very well because they didn't delete those posts and they made this thread. There were no insults or racism etc. If there was, those posts would be deleted and nothing was deleted. I believe that generally speaking we are all on the same page, we just have different views on certain things. I didn't read all this conversation about communism but it looks that they are pretty much normally discussing. And then you mystoryisgory come and call someone an idiot. I wonder who is idiot then. But those guys are on fire with that discussion about communism so maybe it will be nice if mimmihopps or carlober or some other moderator to delete that insults to not spam this thread any further.We always remove or delete any posts with insult to keep a thread clean, but to be honest I can't catch up everything has been/will be posted in this thread as this is one of all those threads we have on this forum. I really had to take an action on Tuesday night to let "Holy Mountain New Single" thread to back on the track, so I made this new thread and moved all the posts about political issue and placed this thread in this section. I moved a couple of posts back to the original thread last night through. If anyone finds it got messy by my action, I apology, but that was the best option at that time. Cheers. Also thanks to lubeck for suggesting a new thread's title and to eva to move this thread to this section. funhouse, jordan71421 isn't a troll. He's a long time regular and never caused any troubles. |
