I forget about this song for a while but I'm listening it right now.

A solid 3. Should have made it to DBTT.

3 - Noel should bring it back onto his next tour but he bet he's forgotten about it

4/5. Still sounds very much part of that DBTT era.

It's not bad but it's not great either. A tad boring and draggy.

One of my favourite ever Oasis songs, and definitely the best thing to come out of the Mk2 post 2000 era. I can forgive Noel for all the naff songs he wrote from 2000 onwards because of the strength of this tune alone. Noel redeemed himself.
Solid 5, and sits in my all time top Oasis tracks. If only the rest of the Mk 2 era could have been like this...

I really like it! A little overproduced of course but nevermind.

I really like it! A little overproduced of course but nevermind. That is why I like it. It sounds more like something from BHN (which is my favourite album).

I feel is just too overdramatic, the fist part is good but when the strings kick in is just too much. The production just produces me a headache.

To me, it FEELS like it was written with a film in mind. I'm not saying it was but, whenever I do listen (albeit rarely), all I get is the film in my head and I can't split the two. It SOUNDS like a film soundtrack

There's summat bland to it...in the way that Sunday Morning Call is a bit bland.
But I like both tunes, so that's alreet. As you were.

It's not bad but it's not great either. A tad boring and draggy. I feel it starts with such great promise and then the chorus gets draggy. Needs a snappier chorus.

Never saw the film. Don't know why so many people like the song. I've only listened to it a few times and literally had to struggle to stay awake each time. It comes off as Noel doing a really bad attempt at being Morrissey. I give it a very generous 2.

I do like it, but Noel could pull any ballad out of his arse, put some strings on it and it would sound decent enough.
