Seen a lot of people online saying what a great gig is was! He/the band really are on form at the moment. The set flows and the crowd get well into it - and it helps that Noel's got his own style as a frontman now. To have him and Liam in such good form is brilliant. Exactly, it indeed is. We have new music by both Gallaghers and they give us more than we would have thought when they called a day 10 years ago. Brilliant is that.

I was at Heaton Park. Probably the best NGHFB gig I’ve been too yet and I’ve done a fair few. The band are on top form, the best band musically out of any Oasis/BE/NGHFB/LG line up. Sound for Doves was ok but wind took it away every now and again making it a bit quiet. Stopped raining for Noel and crowd were right up for it, really good for the band. Noel had to stop singing on several occasions aide the crowd were just too loud! Seemed like a special gig to me.
Best tunes of the night, Black Star Dancing went down amazingly well. Talk Tonight and SCYHO.
Can’t wait to hear the broadcast

Also, to add, I spoke to loads of randoms and not a lot of love for Shockwave in the venue. Whether it was because everyone was team Noel or cause they were expecting much more I don’t k ow

Inverness setlist with Gem's guitar changes FB = Firebird FTEL = Fender Telecaster EP = Epiphone WS = White Strat RS = Red Strat TR = Trini Lopez cX = capo X fret Nice. Needs to break up that run of 6 Oasis songs at the end I think - no need for a feeling of “now onto the ones you actually want” when he has such good HFB tracks.

Yeh, I do wish he'd move STMTF back late on in the set again. It worked so well there. Really a shame he's dropped Heat Of The Moment for this section of the tour, too. Such a belter live. Ah well.

My friends live near the Heaton Park and although they didn't go to see Noel, they could hear his performance in their backyards. Could anybody please capture the audio please? Thanks in advance!

Any hero got the stage times for Dublin on Sunday? Hoping for a miracle (DMA's on after Blossoms). Ah are you going mate? Me too! And yeh, I'd love DMAs to get the longer set but unfortunately think they'll be bottom of the bill. SCYHO twitter account usually has the stage times on a few days before. Fingers crossed the weather isn't as bad as it looks. Saying showers and sun atm. Don't mind the cold, just arsed being wet all day.

Venue is about a 15 minute walk as you have to walk round the castle grounds to get in from what I can remember. Malahide itself is smart though, there was a good atmopshere in the pubs beforehand last year (it was a Friday though). Dart back to town is a nightmare though, make sure you get a wriggle on after.

Nice one! Yeh his set at Heaton Park was 1hr 45 so if we get a 10:30 curfew that should mean 20 songs. Can't see him not playing a similar set to HP since he's in Ireland. Looks like 20 mins between all the bands too (so DMA's will get 40 mins). Seen them a few times on their own but at Finsbury last year they played seven songs. Guessing this will be the same. I don't mind Blossoms at all but it's a joke that DMA's aren't bigger than them. Said it before but if those lads were from the north west they'd be massive over here.

Yeah agreed mate, Blossoms don’t do anything for me and DMA’s have got some great tunes. Can’t wait now, just hope the grounds alright and it’s not a mud bath. Think there’s a gig the night before which won’t help on that front.
