Hi everyone! I was once an avid visitor of this forum waay back in the day. I haven't been on here much the last few years, and I'm not sure if this is the correct board to ask (or this was already asked), but here I go:
Does anyone have an idea of what to expect from the VIP packages (other than what's listed on the vendor's site) for Noel's tour? I just bought tix to his last show in LA on 12.3.2018, and would like to know if any of you have purchased VIP packages before, and have met the man himself.
The description says photo ops are available, but does refer to meeting the band?
Any and all information is greatly appreciated! Thank you : )

Also the company CID has atrocious reviews on Yelp...so yeah...not doing it. And believe me, I'm the first person typically who would invest money into this. But without even access to the first 3 rows, no thanks.

I saw him in DC in 2015 and was waiting in the line to get into show when I went into the alley right next to the theatre to grab something from my car when Noel and his security guard came out of the side door. I don’t like asking people for pictures or autographs so I just said hi and that I’m excited for the show and he said he was excited too and that it always seems to rain whenever he’s in America. Then tons of other fans came around the corner and started getting autographs from him.

I agree with everyone's suggestions above. The company promoting the VIP package, CID, has very poor reviews. A quick search on Yelp or Facebook will settle that question. Meet and greet - no. The photo ops caught my attention initially (WTF, Noel would do this?), and then I read the rest of the sentence. As photogirl said, think cardboard cutouts. It is disappointing because a lot of reasonably good tickets are tied up to the VIP packages. Based on my curiosity this morning with the general sale opening up, all tickets close to the stage are VIP and have not been snatched up. If you have the time and patience, hang around the venue in the afternoon before the show and you'll have a pretty good chance of meeting the Chief for an autograph or two.

So let me get this straight, Noel is hawking us extremely expensive VIP packages before we even get hit with a new single? I think not Noel Gallagher. I think not!

What really pisses me off is that those expensive tickets aren't even the first three rows!!!!!!

They're scared of losing money on this album and it shows. They're gouging as much as they can before the single drops because they fear they won't get anything afterwards besides a few Xmas gifts.

I dig the snippets. I wanted this type of sound from Noel back in 2011. Shit, I wanted it from oasis in 2001. If you like Noel one should probably be excited by the small glimpse we’ve heard. Time will tell.

Like you said it made sense to drop the single today, and of course we have nothing. The cynical side says its because they didn't sell enough tickets yet.

That is such a negative way for Noel’s people to do business. Usually it’s “oh my awesome new single will drive album and ticket sales!”.

Would be absolutely stoked to get an autograph if possible. Just wondering where/when is the best place to wait for him...

Look up where the stage door for the Opera house is on Google Maps, it's listed on there. Wait there at about 3 or 4pm and he should make an appearance. That's where I got my CY and WSTMG vinyls signed last time. Also shook his hand as well.

I feel sorry for our fellow US members. Those Enhanced Experience package is completely rip off and you have to purchase a VIP package to get a front row seat? Hell, We just go to the venue to queue to get a front row and once the door opens, run!

I am *extremely* disappointed in this dumb cash grab from Noel. In 2015, I saw him in the same exact venue, got row 'A' and it was lovely. Just went to venue day of sale. No dumb super fan preasael online only (the worst). Spent less in 2015 at 'A' than for two tickets at row P. I had three computers trying to get tickets and P was the best I could get at "normal" prices"
I'm hoping these ticket prices drop-- after all the "MEGA FANS" you would think- already did the pre order or at least general sale by now, yet the front of the theatre is empty (Phila)
And no single. Liam- you played it smart.... You sold out Philly before general sale, you released singles...

A second Toronto night possible? He did two nights at the Sony Center last time and another show at Sugar Beach the following summer.

In all fairness, shouldn't those who can't afford 400 tickets get a chance at great seats if they are a huge fan? Only problem is that I checked stubhub and someone was selling 8 tickets row AA center!
