This is not a ranking based on your favorite albums, but rather ranking them from how they've aged: Best to Worst.
1. What the Story Morning Glory 2. Definitely Maybe 3. Be Here Now 4. Dig Out Your Soul 5. Standing On The Shoulder of Giants 6. Don't Believe The Truth 7. Heathen Chemistry
The first three are really no surprise.
Dig Out Your Soul has really grown over the years. Still diabolically shit second half, though
Standing On the Shoulder of Giants is a surprise, though. Sounds fresh for some reason
Don't Believe The Truth, while still a good album, declined as the years have went on. Still consistently decent throughout, though.
Heathen Chemistry is just shit. And will always be shit. Bland, uninspired, dull, generic, no attitude album. Piss poor to this day.

I really like SOTSOG - DOYS though...they definitely stopped at the right time! If Noel had more songs on it it would've been much better.

Of the post-2000's albums, DOYS has aged the best. The songs on there that I thought were good at the time, are still good. If fact, even some of the average songs have risen over the years, specifically TBWTL and HHL. The production is still super solid too.
This is in sharp contrast to DBTT, where the songwriting has not stood up and the production is horrid. The same could be said of Heathen Chemistry.
The only post-2000 album in the running with DOYS is SOTSOG, but songs like WDIAGW and SMC that were once considered highlights of the album have only fallen further and further as the years have passed. In fact, you can make the case that there are only about 5 songs on that album that have aged well, FITB, GLIO, Who Feels Love, Gas Panic, and Roll it Over. On the hand, you can probably find, at minimum, 7 songs on DOYS that have done so, and up to 8 or 9 (depending if you like either HHL, TBWTL, or both).
In my opinion, DOYS is only post-2000 album that combined both high song and production quality.

In terms of sound, both DOYS and SOTSOG are the albums which Will age better.
DM sounds about right, not too clean but also not too dustier, MG also sounds ok, maybe some dated tricks, but ok overall.
BHN is a bit mixed, some songs sounds modern while others sounds dated, very 90's, overall a product of its time.
HC sounds like a 80's album without the echo and Reverb.
DBTT totally sounds like an album coming from the 60's.

i think another reason DBTT has aged badly is because it served as a blueprint for everyone once Oasis broke up.
DGSS and NGHFB both take a LOT of stylistic cues from DBTT - doesn't help that both albums use leftovers from that era too. I think overexposure to that sound really turned people off from listening to the original and it doesn't help Sardy's retro production aged it fast.

But yeah as an album DOYS is indeed superior, it just flows much better and has grown a lot on me since I first listened to it. I'd rank it my 4th favourite but very close to BHN tbh

I have heard all of them with their original tracklist and I regularly listen to Definitely Maybe and Morning Glory in their entirety. It flows so well (especially Morning Glory).

SOTSOG is in a different league in my opinion sound and production wise. That albums gets better with every listen and it's crazy to think it's nearly 18 years old!
The production on DM is perfect for its imperfections, Morning Glory is quite bland imo but works, Be Here Now still sound great, DOYS is another which has aged quite well but HC and DBTT have aged as successfully as Betamax
