Great news! Is any of those demos currently unavailable online?
Also I'm wondering what's on the DVD...

This 'Take 1' version was already available on a widely-circulated bootleg of demos and unreleased outtakes. I guess it pretty much confirms that some other tracks from disc 2 will be the same as the ones that we have already, although in better quality of course. I'm curious to hear how does the Bigmouth demo sound like... there's one on another bootleg IIRC.

Actually some of the stuff is definitely new (the Some Girls, Cemetry Gates, I Know It's Over demos and maybe a couple of others are 100% unheard I believe). It will also be interesting to hear if the "2017 master" of the album will sound any different than the 2011 remaster which was supervised by Johnny himself. By the way, on iTunes the 3rd CD is listed as a 'Live in Boston' gig from 1986. Still no details about the DVD. Oh, and they tweaked the cover too:

Official details... the high-res audio on DVD is pretty useless if you ask me. pre-orders: lnk.to/TQIDMP

By the way, this is the Derek Jarman film which is on the DVD.
A nice detail: the decayed industrial buildings seen throughout the clip are the old Beckton Gas Works in London (now gone), which is the same location where the DYKWIM video was filmed 11 years later in 1997. Some of the buildings you can spot here can be seen in the DYKWIM video too.

Useless that the album is just hi-res stereo and not 5.1 surround on the DVD.

This is getting released in one week!
Some of the live performances that were officially uploaded on Youtube are fantastic.
Here's Some Girls (the only one time it was performed live). Johnny's incredible talent at its best.

Some of the buildings you can spot here can be seen in the DYKWIM video too. That's awesome. I'd only just realised I live close by to these old gasworks - where Kubrick filmed the 'Nam section of Full Metal Jacket also, but the Oasis video is the coolest one ever. That kind of hubris and arrogance shouldn't be appealing but somehow, only Oasis pulled it off. Both songs are two of the most outstanding openers to an album, and it's fitting both use the same location for the video shoot. Also, I can see Millennium Mills building from my kitchen window which is close by, itself a derelict bit of land where the video for Ask by The Smiths was filmed, as well as Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall by Coldplay.

Just bought a deluxe CD/DVD box set in my local record shop. It's beautiful and I can't be happier today with this one and Liam's tickets!

Is it a small box with CD digipacks inside? It's a small box with CD's and DVD in it's own sleeve and a liner note. I was in my local shop today and saw the vinyl box set, but couldn't afford at this moment as I just bought tickets for Liam this morning and pre-ordered Noel's new releases, BUT I promised to myself that I'm gonna get it for Christmas, no matter if the Holy man comes or not.

Tis CD/DVD box set is made with love for their music. Each CD and DVD are in it's own sleeve with a plastic inner case (don't know how to call it in English) Pure quality.
