This is my annual boycott of the Superbowl. The Superbowl is just way too American, and no dose of Coldplay will change that. In fact, it epitomizes everything wrong with American 'culture', and is right up there with the 4th of July - another day that I annually begrudge. Why can't you be more European? EDIT: Seeing as I'm in Denver, I may as well support Carolina, instead. Wait, what? You call Ben Graham American, come here for a minute *insert needless censored violence here*

So glad football doesn't have bullshit like a half-time show. Imagine Flo-Rida coming out when we were 2-1 down to Hull at Wembley.

It was made apparent that both New England and Carolina don't understand how fast Von Miller really is off the line. Everyone knows he's coming... doesn't matter.

What shocked me most was that Carolina made no attempt to put Cam on the move. They didn't do a designed roll-out, bootleg, barely any designed runs. They were content to leave Cam as a pocket passer. My prediction was predicated on the idea that Cam wouldn't be the stationary target Brady was. Making Cam only a pocket passer took away what makes him special, and what scares defenses. In my opinion that was a coaching staff failure.

I thought Rivera did a terrible job game planning on offense. Cam needed to use his legs more. When he did get loose and always picked up 10-12 yards. Pathetic MVP performance. Makes me mad the Patriots lost to Broncos.

Additionally, Carolina failed to establish any sort of running game. I really can't blame Carolina that much for how things went, other than to say that they didn't play very well in any of the three phases of the game. All that said, Denver's defense is the reason why they struggled, so all props to them!

manning's QB rating in the victory: 56.6, the 4th worst ever in superbowl history among winning quarterbacks. thanks.
