I didn't know Blink 182 has reunited. They have so many soundalikes that I hadn't even realized they'd split.

More interesting is how many of these reunions have produced anything creatively worthwhile vs a cash led tour for example? I would argue that currently The Stone Roses definitely comes under the latter from Beady’s Here Now 's original list, whilst Blur despite having done it originally for the big money spinning shows emerged with a critical triumph in 'Magic Whip'. Blink 182 I haven't heard much of in at least a decade, although I have had fans of theirs tell me the current line up without Tom DeLonge is like Sublime without Bradley Nowell, but I would be interested in forum fans of the band's opinions on that? The Spice Girls in fairness was also going to be see how much money can be made from appearances and tours, whilst Guns N' Roses at the moment for me is not exactly a full reunion although arguably it contains the three most recognised members even without primary early days songwriter Izzy Stradlin. At the moment I see G n' R as a cash in only as neither the 'Chinese Democracy' LP which is already nearly eight years old, nor the Velvet Revolver hard rock work by Slash/Duff with the members of Velvet Revolver was to me a facsimile of Guns N' Roses produced the excitement or spontaneity of the early records. Any thoughts on these or other reunions?

"Dreamers.... they never learn". Hush....a dreamer dreams she never dies. Well I've had my miserablist take, that's the optimist take on it!
