www.google.com/search?q=Liam+gallagher&client=ms-opera-mobile&channel=newTheres a video interview Have we found Liam Gallagher's biggest fan? Meet the man covered in tattoos of rock star Liam Gallagher is playing to a capacity crowd at Metro Radio Arena and among the thousands of fans off to see him is superfan Andrew BY SIMON DUKE16:55, 1 NOV 2017UPDATED17:18, 1 NOV 2017 A full house is expected at Metro Radio Arena on Wednesday night as Liam Gallagher plays the first UK date of his solo tour and among the thousands there will be superfan Andrew Holmes. The 32 year old from Jarrow was one of many ticket holders who headed into Newcastle nice and early as rumours swirled that the Oasis frontman would pay a visit to his store Pretty Green, which re-launched in new premises on Grainger Street hours earlier. We caught up with Andrew as he enjoyed a pre-gig pint and he was happy to show us his Liam and Oasis inspired tattoos, including one of his idol’s face on his thigh. And showing that he has love for Liam's sibling as well, Andrew also has a tattoo of Noel Gallagher on his other leg. Liam fan Andrew Holmes from Jarrow “I went through some tough times when I was younger and I think Oasis’ music helped me through,” Andrew told The Chronicle. Read MoreWhat time is Liam Gallagher on stage on tour and who is supporting him? “I must have seen them about 20 times now and now to be seeing Liam doing his solo stuff in Newcastle is amazing. I’m looking forward to hearing For What It’s Worth and Wall of Glass particularly. “I’ve got a tattoo in honour of Pretty Green and I’m really hoping he’ll turn up so I can get him to sign the middle of it.” Andrew wasn’t the only superfan waiting outside of Pretty Green in the hope of seeing Liam, Shields lasses Jill Campbell and Joanne Connor who’ve been friends for 20 years now thanks to Oasis. Between them they listed Morning Glory, Bring It On Down, Champagne Supernova and Live Forever as the songs they most wanted to hear Liam do. Yeah, but is he a Liam fan on a cold night at Stoke?

Liam doesn't need Noel any more, much to Noels annoyance, and hence why he has become more of a grumpy cúnt now more than ever. Also Liams stock has risen a hundred fold with the trail he has blazed this year, and there is absolutely no question that he is the bigger draw of the 2. Who'd have thought it, eh. You’re right. Liam has learned to swim and now he’s swimming. And I think this album/tour promo chapter would have seen a much more relaxed and happier Noel but for Liam’s rise to prominence. Noel would never admit that of course.

It cracks me that noelinistas fail to realize Oasis fans couldn't care less about the scissors girl or Noel pretending to be Ricky Martin if that makes him happy, that the whole problem is calling his most loyal fans a bunch of "parka monkeys" and "common pigeons" as if they were dumb for supporting him and his songs for the last 23 years. That is hard to swallow and if he doesn't get his game right the fallback will just get worse.

Weird But how can I dare defy the overlord super duper high flying eagle Noel the GOAT Gallagher on "Your Noel thoughts for the day" without being accused of being a dumb ape incapable of understanding the sheer genius of Noel's most recent output and the prowess of his new musician who can play the scissors better than Edward Scissorhands? At least here I can rant a little bit about Noel without being bothered. It's cathartic.

I actually really enjoy the music Noel's putting out, but his PR has clearly been aimed at trying to take Liam down a notch, and it's just not working. "Parka monkeys"? Fuck it, we embraced it and then Liam started using it himself. Same with eagles and pigeons, scissors, and anything else he cares to throw around. Noel should remember it's about "THE MUSIC THE MUSIC THE MUSIC"

Liam should actually record Come Together, or at least add it to the live set.

The tunes and the amount of tunes he's singing, the amount of gigs. If he doesn't take care of it then... Kermit Gallagher to return in a couple of weeks time, mark my words.

Let's have a singer with hashimoto's disease do 4 loud rock gigs in 5 days. And on top of that a live tv show today. Crazy.

However he keeps surprising me I wouldn’t have thought that he would be able to hit those notes he keeps on hitting. But he needs rest. Though I am sure this wasn’t the plan, they had those gigs organized month before, it was just bad luck that the BBC opportunites came also this week. Ofc, they could have said no, but they need the support of the BBC.

The “Thanks for all your support” line in I’ve All I Need - however basic - felt quite pertinent on W’day. A great live show is about give and take between artists and audience. It was one moment of many on the night.
