In most bands' cases, the more time that passes means more of a chance of a reunion.
But I can't see that happening in Oasis' case - in fact, I would suggest it's a more reciprocal relationship where the chances of an Oasis reunion decrease with each passing year.
Age is a big factor in this. Oasis were always a youthful band that embodied rebellion, hope, and ultimately youth itself. It's just not credible hearing Cigarettes and Alcohol performed by the brothers approaching their 60s.
Moreover, as much as I want to be in denial about it (and I do), surely Liam's vocal capacity will just continue to decrease and decline into oblivion. Time can't be on his side.
Is this over-analytical drivel, and Oasis could reform regardless of the length of time, or am I on to summat here?

At the end I don't really think Oasis had become a youthful band that embodied rebellion, hope, and ultimately youth itself. They became a corporation of professionals. As for the posts premise, I think it doesn't really matter--it'll either happen because they legitimately make up(unlikely as they always had a tenuous relationship), or for the money. If it's about the money, I can't see them particularly caring about credibility of message.
