What if Liam is actually being super smart and is being an idiot on purpose so that Noel would talk about him in the interviews? Free publicity! Maybe he really is trying to release some new music but can't afford promotion? Liam, you clever bastard. yup..... I said its all on purpose a while ago..... I'd go even further saying Noel is in on it as well

I mean, he doesn't just find a picture of Noel randomly, he obviously goes out and seeks pictures of Noel he deems potato-y. He is plotting something. Shneaky, shneaky.

[/quote]...Im so tired of Noel messing with my youth. Saying half the songs I loved are shit, and that the band I loved all those years was just a scheme of a greedy potato amassing money while wearing the other twats voice off.
I cant stand Mr Money any more, at any level. Besides the stupid Fuck Oasis, I always felt Liam respects us more as a group.
Liam actually likes adores Oasis.

I can't wait to so 'Supersonic'. I would love to have a making of too. Something happened there between Noel and Liam. Or it's just a way to get more publicity for the documentary.

Have you seen boneheads tweets and replies? He is picking sides, and joined the bullying team. He is not helping Liam and Bonehead were always tighter than Noel and Bonehead weren't they?

I think Liam was "tighter" with most if not all the oasis members, Noel always seemed to be the outsider as it were, Noel was the one giving tony grief, hes made comments towards bonehead, alan and guigsy at times, Andy didnt talk to Noel for ages, Gems the only one who seems to be abit more in the middle but even then Noel seemed to aim comments at him during the press conference and he stayed with Liam for beady eye so yea go figure.

Imagine you're the lead singer of one of the most famous rock bands in the world and then suddenly you have to quit because your older brother fuckin' banned you and washed your band from the planet forever in three seconds. I honestly think he is dealing pretty well with this. Also, who is the asshole here ? Lords !

Showing my age here but it reminds me of Paul Weller, who Noel as we know idolises. He ditched The Jam at their commercial peak to go off and do The Style Council before that ended. Before 2008's '22 Dreams' he axed the usual band members barring Steve Cradock without so much as a phone call, including Steve White who had drummed with him since being a 17 year old in 1983 with The Style Council. In an interview from 2010 with The Guardian they called it "Ruthlessness" but he actually preferred "Selfishness" as the descriptive term- Paul Weller- You've Got To Be Willing To Upset People which is an attitude which whether you agree with it or not he has unashamedly carried over into his personal life as well. Noel was harsh with all Oasis band members at times, although re: Tony arguably Guigsy was more violent threatening to kill him at least once in Japan which alarmed Tony so much he actually went to Noel about it- The helpful reply he got was Noel was first in the queue, and if Guigsy did it first then he would have Noel to deal with! Gem Archer I think stayed with Liam for a couple of reasons, friendship undoubtedly being one, but another being with the split of Oasis he was arguably back to the level he was at with Heavy Stereo, etc. and I doubt a solo album would have done much outside hardcore fans. Even if Noel had offered him a role in the High Flying Birds then it surely would have been as a salaried musician with work for possibly recording and with the touring lineup, whereas with Liam, Andy and Chris he was an equal partner in four fifths of the last Oasis line up fronted by Liam, which on the face of it would at least ensure fan and media interest from the start. Unfortunately for a number of business and personal reasons Beady Eye didn't pan out as well as it might, but at the time it was the best option if he was to remain in profile within the business. Finally the band ending was a combination of bad blood between two brothers, one with temper issues and one with a self centred personality which together for a long period was never going to end well. In all honesty I am surprised it lasted as long as it did, with both of the brothers shouldering some of the blame for the events leading up to Oasis's demise.

Bulls eye. Almost every Noels attack on Liam, ends up being an attack on Oasis. We are the dumbasses who bought tickets, records, etc, while supposedly as he says now, Mr Money was just toying with us, making money knowing the singer was a disgrace, shouting the lyrics, and that many of the songs were bullshit. Leave me with Liam childish insults on noel, and his even more childish appreciation of Oasis. I prefer to think everything was biblical, than a ( edit) telling me that many of the records I bought and still listen are shit, and half of them are being shouted by the singer, because Im still trying to enjoy the band, and my past. Yes, I know this happened for years. But Im tired. And be here now is an amazing record! edit. This video shows exactly how I feel. Liam could use this words insted the potato stupidity. Tell it all like it is.

^^^^^ Is the spirit of Oasisblues back with us? Side note I saw he has a new YT channel under a new name, same old clues being a pathological hatred of Noel with his (in)famous plagiarism video, love of AC Milan and an interest in conspiracies I did love the boy simply for his off kilter view of the world

Which famed sex pest former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is apparently on the brink of selling to a Chinese consortium, which may well provide funds to stop them being disappointing and perhaps raise their credibility with Mr Berlusconi moved on

Anyway, many European pro. football teams are owned by Chinese companies these days. Money is the king there, I must say.

That is very true regarding the Chinese, although given that their customer base in the West are struggling financially and politically, and if the biggest debtor in the USA decided to default it would also bring down the Chinese economy it will be interesting to see where the power lies in ten or twenty years.... Anyway I digress, too heavy politically for a Saturday night

"I think Liam Gallagher should historically be seen as good man. A good chap. He's always done good for the PEOPLE." Reminded me of a lovely John Cleese quote from 1986 when discussing Dennis Skinner and Margaret Thatcher ( theyknowwhatimean you may enjoy his MT description )-

That's a nice photo, although as you well know that's a Glaswegian Guigsy who going on some of his work may or may not be harder than the erstwhile Oasis bassist....
