Noel just announced a show in New York City at the Beacon Theatre for July 5th, 2016. It's billed as "An Evening with Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds." I have my fingers crossed that this turns into a double set acoustic/electric by Noel.
Also strange how this is the only US date announced. I assume a tour is coming?

He billed his last tour as an evening with Noel gallagher. It just meant no lower bill. I highly doubt he'd tire his voice out for a whole tour doing double sets.

I don't get it. The site started selling tickets at 11:59, a minute earlier that listed. I got in instantly and got "no matches meet your request". How is that even possible?

I know I'll succeed via ticketmaster tomorrow. Ironic huh. We Oasis fans get "treated" to an exclusive presale which was probably like 5 seats and the website goes goofy at exactly 12 PM ET when it goes live to site.
What a bunch of sloppy high school horse shit.

The same pre-sale issues occurred with his last tour as well. Eventually they opened up more tickets to the pre-sale, but it took like an hour or so.

No more tickets were made available after 12 PM ET yesterday. Shit, It basically sold out at 11:59 when I got denied.  |

Awesome. Congrats! I was feeling the fury build in me as I continued to get SORRY NO TICKETS FROM VENUE CURRENTLY. Then, all of a sudden, like Clark Griswold finally getting this Christmas lights to go on, lower balcony, row E popped up and I knew I had to take them. Last row of the lower balcony but there's only 5 rows there and they're dead center tickets. I'll take it. |
