I just hope they dress better for the Reunion, in the old Oasis style. Coz lately they look like Kardashain's drunk uncles.

With the MG30 anniversary and a reunion tour just around the corner, I'll have to force myself to get along with Some Might Say. I find the album version unlistenable due to vocal effects and the drums so can anyone recommend me a good live version that's less known?

Seen an article with what looks like some up-to-date UK sales stats:
What’s The Story Morning Glory is Oasis’ biggest selling album in the UK, with 5,198,120 sales to date. Definitely Maybe has 2,657,941 sales, while Be Here Now has 2,032,233. The group have passed the million sales mark for Time Flies 1994-2009 (1,887,846), Stop The Clocks (1,408,814), Heathen Chemistry (1,191,831) and Don’t Believe The Truth (1,026,139).
Which says DM is quite close to 9x platinum, while HC is right on the brink of 4x platinum. Seems both of those will be achieved shortly….

The longer the URL, the better the jacket... hehe thanx, maybe a bit more quality than Temu ? I'm a big Fred Perry fan for t shirts and polo shirts, but their jackets always felt a bit low on quality too. so I'm looking at other brands.

Don't Believe The Truth is a poor album. It's the only album they made I never listen to. 3-4 good songs.
Aside from that, I enjoy the rest of their albums after Be Here Now. Those albums are often criticised and yeah the quality dropped from the 90s albums but they are still strong imo. Just not Don't Believe The Truth.

Those albums are often criticised and yeah the quality dropped from the 90s albums but they are still strong imo. Just not Don't Believe The Truth. I'd agree with that. It was really pastiche and most songs were just trying to sound like another song/band One song was just copying Velvet Underground, one copying Revolver era Beatles, one copying The Stranglers..then The Kinks etc..right down to the delivery of a song. We know Oasis were never shy about their influence and used them in songs, but it was always tied in with the Oasis sound. That album took a lazy approach I think, it didn't just incorporate influences into their own style, they just went full out and tried to sound like that they were influenced by on that song. They became the thing they used to get wrongly criticised for. Like Mucky Fingers, yeah we know it's Velvet Underground influenced but surely you can come at it from another angle rather than just trying to nail exactly what you're copying from. It's lazy.
