I firmly believe that this forum would know before Reddit. Someone posted a similar story on TikTok saying that Wembley was booked for the 21st September. Now, that is Liam's birthday but he is playing in Riyadh that evening and doing his Malta festival the night after. Someone else on Reddit is telling me that it is 2025, not this September. It is absolute bollocks and just faceless idiots spreading rumours - probably based off Liam's tweet. What is far more likely, is that Liam will be expanding the DM tour to a world (UK, Mainland Europe and America) tour for WTSMG. Everyone needs to remember that Noel has NEVER made up with anyone he has ever fallen out with (Damon doesn't count because they were never friends in the first place) and that Liam slagged off Sara relentlessly and was pretty disparaging towards Anais. Noel has recently been in the same room as Gene and refused to talk to him (allegedly) and has even blanked him entirely when being on the same plane as him. The. Reunion. Will. Never. Happen. I agree. Noel knows it's not worth the money. They wouldn't last a week together. For all of Liam's supposed desire to get the band back together, he wouldn't be able to help himself. Oasis' charm was the mocking and slagging each other off. Noel is nearly 60 now and he left because he couldn't be arsed with it when he was 45. Liam will still want to call him a potato and a vagina and everything else because it's funny (which, to be fair, it is) but Noel is much happier selling out arenas and being second on the bill at Glastonbury every few years. Liam is far more successful as a solo artist but I think Noel is at peace with it all. Also, Noel was in charge of Oasis. Liam decides what happens now with his solo stuff (albeit with the help of his great management team) - why would he want to take a back seat again? There are so many obstacles in the way as well. Who forms the rest of the band? Noel won't have Bonehead. Andy and Liam aren't on good terms, it would seem. Liam fucked over all of Beady Eye so I doubt Gem would want to be in a band with him again. I honestly believe any thread or comment regarding a reunion needs to be an automatic playpen. |

I agree with most of what you said, but I think Liam would be delighted to take the back seat and not make any decisions at all. He has commented something similar in the past, he just wants to be the singer who steps in to record his vocals and goes back to the pub. And as for the reunion rumors, I don't believe any of it. Although this would be a great moment to do it: DM anniversary + MG next year, Noel just scrapped an album and put another one on hold, plus they could add more dates than Blur and outsell them easily (not that it's important, but would make headlines). Also Noel closed down his studio and sent everybody home, maybe they're already secretly rehearsing there (joking). |

No right or wrong answer, I’m genuinely curious. Both are enticing prospects. That's actually a very good question. I don't want a reunion unless there's new music involved (being a band again). But I'd loose my shit if they posted a video on the band's social media and it started with a closeup of Noel speaking like it's a regular video or something and then the camera zooms out and Liam is sitting next to him. |

Someone posted a similar story on TikTok saying that Wembley was booked for the 21st September. Purely from a logistical point of view that seems unlikely already (no matter what year it is). Stadium shows that late in the year in the UK are extremely rare, normally any big gigs will take place June/July/August. You might get occasional ones that sneak in late May or the start of September, but I'd be very surprised to see any major announcements for late September. |

I was pretty sure I had read somewhere / been told that Andy and Gem didn't speak to Liam anymore because of the fall out of Beady Eye / divorcing Nicole. I am in the vast minority here, but I think Oasis re-uniting for gigs is less exciting than Oasis re-uniting for Liam to sing Noel's songs. I'm in America, and unless a world tour brings them here, I'll miss out on the all fun. Sure it would be great vibes for those who could attend the gig(s), but I'm more interested in the new music they could make together -- which is even LONGER odds than a reunion show(s), I know.

I bumped into a random girl at the Noel Cardiff gig, she was pretty pissed but actually said something very interesting which i havent seen anyone else say
She said they could get back together (in a sense), Noel could write the songs and Liam could sing them. Technically they are back together, release albums but dont tour, i thought that was pretty genius coming from a piss head 😂

If some Saudi billionaire came around and offered Noel something ridiculous he would do it in a heartbeat lol..
Morning Glory 30th Anniversary is the perfect time for Noel to make a few million and then go back off doing his own thing.
Also am I the only one who thinks they would actually get along better if they start taking again?

With all the legal fees from his divorce, what's the quickest way to make a quick buck? Tour your most commercially successful album, make a shitload of cash, recuperate all the money spent in the legal proceedings and then go back to doing whatever you want |
