Falling Down is awesome. Ballad Of The Mighty I is just alright imo.

Falling Down, although I find it a bit flat tbh.
I think TBOTMI is one of the most over rated Oasis/Noel songs. Ever.

I chose Falling Down, but I really like them both.

This is really fucking hard. I can't decide but I need to see who's voted for what. I'm just gonna randomly pick one

Falling Down, but it's damn close.

Very tough one.
They're both among the best three post-2000 tunes written by Noel, imho. I'll probably vote for BOTMI as it's quite far from his usual "comfort zone"...

Definitely BOTMI. I love both but everything just works with BOTMI where as with Falling Down it feels like something just isn't quite right. BOTMI might just be my favourite 21st century Oasis related track

BOTMI, that last chorus is powerful shit. what really grabs me by the balls personally is that bass line.... and oh man that solo! it's really close so far, isn't it? i'm kind of surprised. botmi really sneaks up on you. it's not like it's the featured song on the album by any means, just kind of tucked away at the end. but it keeps on pulling you back in. the more i listen to chasing yesterday the more i realize and appreciate just how great many of these songs really are.

Don't forget that subtle piano solo that wistfully leads the song in, Johnny Marr's small little guitar inserts throughout the song, and then those arpeggios & string section that leads the song out... Now that I think of it, it's as close to a masterpiece, that possesses qualities of an epic, as Noel has ever come to since the 90s.

I just thought about a Liam-sung version of Falling Down and if it exists... The chorus screams Liam.

BOTMI, that last chorus is powerful shit. Agree, although the same thing can be said about Falling Down. The last chorus and how the song builds up to it is beautiful.

I've always loved the Falling Down demo, more rock n roll. I also really enjoy the Twiggy remix. Fun and different stuff right there.

Two good songs, but rather overrated (especially BOTMI imho, of course). Anyway, I voted for Falling Down, as I find it more interesting and better produced.

Easily the two most overrated Noel songs to me. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy them, but I enjoy them less than basically any Noel songs on their respective albums. I really don't understand their reputation as classics.
Anyway, Mighty I for me. Marr's guitar part is really something special, isn't it? But I'd just like to qualify my unpopular opinion with another unpopular opinion: Falling Down is better live (Eden Project 09 please)
