I am not joking! I'd like to hear the James (The Table) Hetfield's prerecorded vocal demos. ... and I'm NOT joking! Not an album... not even the person above me... however... Here's a song possibly worth at least a listen. It's written by the same guy who wrote Cactus off Bowie's uǝɥʇɐǝɥ who described it as a bit of a Bowie number. Apparently he was going to ring him up to play the sax on it but never bothered - or more likely he chickened out. Also there's a chance that Dave Sardy plays guitar on it, though the liner notes aren't specific - so there's your Oasis link! And thumbs up for the Lulu support. Hugely underrated. Well, that's an interesting album though; Frank Blacks debut record! I've never listened to much of his music, apart of some Pixie songs "and Cactus". This song is very Bowie indeed. I wonder if Bowie still plays some Sax,... possibly on the new tracks. Also,...I've Been Waiting For You is obviously a very "well executed" cover of a Neil Young song.

Yeah I love the album - there some real great songs on it ( Los Angeles and Parry The Wind High Low being my favourite). Funny that both Bowie & the Pixies both covered I've Been Waiting For You. There's plenty of mutual respect between the 2 artists that's for sure.
