Little By Little should've been in the poll.

Fade In-Out has no business being on this list.

I don't know how Probably All in the Mind isn't winning by a landslide. That song is loaded with psychedelic cliches, dull production, and overall lazy efforts by everyone on the song, even Johnny Marr who couldn't do well enough to help the song. At least The Nature of Reality has a driving, blues rock sound and feel to it with a good guitar solo and lyrics that are cut from a different fabric than many Oasis songs. I know there's a lot of hate for that song (I used to share such hate) but it's not that bad of a song.

Fade In-Out has no business being on this list. Hey Now, Fade In/Out AND Shakermaker shouldn't be on the list! I love the sleazy sound of Shakermaker in particular - love the way Liam elongates each syllable in the bit that goes 'Mr Sifter sold me songs....'. Every Gem and Andy song is duller than this. Chuck in Born On A Different Cloud too onto this list.

I have begun to find Shakermaker slightly more tedious than before, but that's only because of its length and its placement on Definitely Maybe. After Rock'n'Roll Star's slightly drawn out outro I would prefer the second song to be more to the point, but on its own it's perfectly fine, sometimes even better than that. The sleaziness is definitely a positive. And for sure. Apart from those, I would say it's a crime Sunday Morning Call is left out off this list.

I'd also add that taking off Hey Now, Shakermaker and Fade In/Out from that poll looks like sentimentality for the glory years.... but that's precisely why they were glory years because there wasn't a bad song. There wasn't a bad song Noel wrote, even on Be Here Now - again I reiterate, a decent album with all decent songs, just not great like the first two. The worst is probably Magic Pie I think but I can still happily listen to it. I'm not sure if this poll is weak revisionist thinking to try and give genuinely wretched tunes post-97 some semblance by comparing them to glory years tunes, but it ain't fucking working! Oasis problem post-97 was because they were boring. Shitloads of boring tunes to cover.
