Great collection right there.

1) The Death of You And Me
-The first song we ever heard from Noel, and for me, still the gold standard. A masterclass in songwriting, and unlike the rest of NGHFB, this is produced perfectly.
2) AKA What A Life
-Great pop single, Noel's best radio song since Stop Crying Your Heart Out.
3) You Know We Can't Go Back
-I know I shouldn't like this song, but I love it every time it comes on, so it would be a bit dishonest to rank it lower.
4) Lock All The Doors
-This song should have kicked off Morning Glory.
5) AKA Broken Arrow
-This song is so brilliant, so beautiful, it overcomes the fact that I don't think it is a great song for Noel to sing. Like The Girl With the X-Ray Eyes, another really good tune that Noel butchers a bit, I would love to hear a world class vocalist give this a whirl.
6) Riverman
-Another effortless hook from Noel, another killer chorus.
7) Alone on the Rope
-Its nice to hear Noel let a song breathe so much. I compare this to Roll It Over, which is nice as well, but you can hear Noel try to wedge some catchy hooks into that song, to its detriment. This one is just a lovely vibe, no strain.
8) If I Had A Gun
-Dave Sardy's greatest crime. It's a miracle this song somehow survived the butchering.
9) In The Heat of The Moment
-People call this a nothing track, but I feel like they're missing what makes NG great. And this song has all of that--the perfect chord changes, the multiple vocal hooks, the meaningless lyrics that somehow sound great.
10) Do The Damage
-A nonsensical throwaway. But so much fun. The reason I love Chasing Yesterday is that Noel proved that he can rock again.
