The Nature of Reality. If that doesn't win this vote, then this reality is just as shit as the song itself. Fucking diabolical.

A tough decision between High Horse and Muffins. I'll go with High Horse Lady.

Ain't Got Nothin' edges it for me, but it's really not that terrible. Dig Out Your Soul stands as a very easy listen front to back for me. Definitely Maybe and (What's The Story) Morning Glory? are the only others I can actually say this about unfortunately.

I like everything on DOYS. Yes, even TNOR and Muffins.
Will just go with one of them.

I really don't think ain't got muffins is that bad. Nice vocal. I like the scream. I hum it to myself whenever I'm eating muffins

TBWTL is fine. Would have been brilliant if the recorded version was how they actually performed it - you know, with actual fucking guitars.

I love the bass on TBWTL. It's so McCartney!

I love the bass on TBWTL. It's so McCartney! Yeah the bass and Liam's vocal make it worth a listen. High Horse is underrated in my opinion. The Nature Of Reality is pretty bad, I think it edges out AGN.

It sounds a bit more interesting than the other two plus it leads into Falling Down really well.

I love the bass on TBWTL. It's so McCartney! Yeah the bass and Liam's vocal make it worth a listen. High Horse is underrated in my opinion. The Nature Of Reality is pretty bad, I think it edges out AGN. High Horse does an amazing job as an interlude, and has an alright melody to it. It has an old-Western beat to it, and the title supports that imagery well. It's not the best song, but it's kind of like Here's a Candle or Bonehead's Bank Holiday; a song that does good at filling space and having fun at what it's doing. Noel seems to be quite good at that, and it shows. The Nature of Reality has the redeeming factor of it being a good instrumental, but what I hate about it is that you think it's going to really get going, and then it goes back to the intro part again. That makes it frustrating to listen to, until you add in the lyrics & Liam's weird sounding vocals, and it just turns to complete rubbish. Better left to be an instrumental B-side, because the era needed, and plus, it works well as an instrumental because then, the solo, driving riff, shakers, and handclaps are all highlighted better that way. Ain't Got Nothin' has a cool blues sound to it, but the screams and Liam's shitty lyrics drop it down the shitter for me. Ughhh.

What I love about DOYS, and really all of Oasis is that, even their worst songs on their albums (besides Probably All in the Mind) all have some redeeming factors to it. Like with Put Yer Money Where Yer Mouth Is, it has some great electronic work in it. Little James has got a good solo at the end of it, Sunday Morning Call sounds good in a stripped down form, She is Love has a nice organ, Better Man has a cool sound to it in the outro, the terrible twosome have what I mentioned above, and Magic Pie (don't shoot me lol) has a decent melody that only gets ruined by its self-parody of a chorus.

The only thing that bothers me when I'm listening to DOYS is the sameyness feel of To Be Where There's Life, after the second minute it just starts over. At least Hey Now! had a great solo. Mind, I love the live version and the remix.
You can say the same about Nature and Muffins, but atleast there are riffs in there.

Close call between Ain't Got Nothin' ad The Nature of Reality. They're both awful, but I'll go with TNOR.
Oh, by the way, whoever voted for Falling Down should have his/her ears cut off. Best song on DOYS by a mile.

Was a toss up between soldier on and the nature of reality. After listening to both once more to decide, I decided to opt for TNOR as I had forgotten how bad it really is.

The Nature Of Reality. Fifteen seconds of riff and one lyric stretched over nearly four minutes. Shocking.
