Surprised to see Failure go almost unanimously at first, its one of my favourite tracks off this album.
I'd say eliminate Son of a Gun.

Freedom Song gets the big ol' boot. It plods and plods.
Also, the album is so short you have to listen to it twice in a row.

I love Way Out, it's so energetic and uplifting, currently my ringtone.
I vote Timeless Melody. Even though it's a great song, it doesn't really fit the album in my opinion.
The guitar sounds more U2 than The La's.
