The Death of You & Me, no doubt.
I'd even go as far to say that it's one of Noel's top 20-25 best songs he's wrote. I love how he drifts in and out of falsetto, the horns on it, the cool little acoustic guitar lick, and how it relates to The Importance of Being Idle, another brilliant tune.
Lock All the Doors is good, but it lacks the youthful punch Oasis kicked, a good guitar solo, and some punchier punk-ish rock vocals that Noel has not been known for.

The Death of You and Me, imo, is a CLASSIC. one of the greatest Noel G songs. ever.

If we're talking album versions then The Death of You and Me. Then if we're talking live versions it's Lock All The Doors.

Lock All The Doors. Sounded great live and I dig the album version. Reminds me of the good old days.

Lock All the Doors, TDOYAM is great but I never got into it. I really hope Lock all the doors will be his next single

Both great tunes, but The Death of You and Me is probably my favourite solo Noel tune

TDOYAM is the sequel to TIOBI for me, both sound very similar and have that same style to it. Lock All the Doors sounds like a DM/BHN era rocker that I can't get into with Noel's vocals. Needs Liam.

The Death of You and Me is boring nothing sayin tune but it was not typical for Noel to come up with this as first single (a fact some ppl might like)...never liked this tune and guess never will
Lock All The Doors in mo honet opinion very predictable , but fits the album well as there are not many songs of this type on CY.
If I had to .... would vote for Lock all the doors

Death Of You And Me sums up why his first record was so uninspiring if you ask me. The 'I'm watching my TV, or is it watching me' line is great but apart from that I don't like it.

I dunno, I love the little lyric and melody of "I seem to spend my whole life running, from people who will be the death of you and me". Don't we all.

Wow, really ? Fuckin hell... Someone said that but of course everywhere I look on the internet it says Noel Gallagher and Dave Sardy.
