I love an account if "Slide Away," but it reminds me of someone
I love Here There & Everywhere, In My Life, & Two by Ryan Adams. Also, Pretty Lil Heart by Robin Thicke.

Sally Cinnamon is actually about a guy going after a girl he likes (Sally) and pickpockets her jacket to only find a note from a girl named Heather (song says heaven to keep the chorus the same and avoid confusion) who loves sally, finding out she's a lesbian. That's why he puts the letter back in the jacket and Sally goes away on the train. Yesterday by the Beatles is also great.

I'll just put that one down as kind of a twist on the usual love song, I guess. lol Keeping it close to The Beatles theme: Paul McCartney - Maybe I'm Amazed is also a brilliant love song.

In my opinion one of if not the greatest duet in history. Marvin and Tammi just had incredible chemistry. You can feel the joy and the struggle, the push and pull of life but love conquers all on this one. If you're looking for a great love song set I can't recommend Gaye's and Terrell's greatest hits enough. 12 perfect love songs on there.
Simply said one of the most beautiful songs ever recorded. A delicate, poetic love song.

This Guy's In Love With You is one I find amazing. God Only Knows is one of my most favourite songs ever. Layla by Clapton is awesome. The electric version obviously. A lot of Beatles songs, but I guess that was pretty clear She's Always A Woman To Me is a good one too btw. Oh and I actually like She's The One by Robbie Williams *hides* And of course there are shitloads of other good lovesongs I can't come up with right now.

From a brain tumour no less! An utter tragedy... And you're right, they did have great chemistry those two - some of the faces she pulls in the video crack me up:
