It did look to be a particularly flat crowd. I'm sure the Hydro on Saturday will be absolutely jumping. Liam knows!

A cold Tuesday night when people have got work the next morning does not make a good crowd. Reminds me a lot of Sunday night at the O2 in London on the last tour. Glasgow on a Saturday night will be crazy, hopefully!

i am sure it'll get better as the tour goes on but that was my 10th HFB gig and is pretty similar normally the crowd react to the oasis tunes and thats it.

I hope he doesn't look at the crowd's reaction and drastically change the setlist because of it.

I hope he doesn't look at the crowd's reaction and drastically change the setlist because of it. Nah, I don't think so. It's not in Noel's nature to change the setlist much, if at all. The crowd did seem a bit flat, but I don't think they were stone cold or anything. I think Noel is going to continue with the same setlist for a while, maybe switch out one or two songs once in a while (like when he threw in A Simple Game of Genius a couple of times last time). But I can't see him making huge changes.

Actually, what I'd really like is for Noel to do another blog like he did last time. That was hilarious! And, I'm off now, so someone else take over YouTube-searching duties for a while .

After watching Dream On, it seems Noel is hesitant about keeping it. He gives his signature discomfort look at 1:33, and then before TDOYAM, he asks the audience if it was crap. I have a feeling he's going to slash it soon, but now this week or this weekend. Tomorrow's gig will probably be the same.

ITHOTM and Mighty I both work amazingly live
Love when Noel lets the crowd sing and then laughs
I also love the "awaYYYYYYYYYY...from the SUMMAHHHH" in CS

The new Champagne Supernova sounds like Dylan's recent arrangement for She Belongs to Me. I wonder if Noel's seen Dylan in the last couple of tours and drawn inspiration from that.

Wow, In The Heat Of The Moment works so well live! It's awesome. And Champagne Supernova and The Masterplan are both fantastic. Hope he will not take out any of those.

Craic being Irish slang or something for a good time.

Not a big fan of Champagne Supernova Acoustic version. But I hope he'll play that one again!

These videos of Champagne Supernova and Alone On The Rope make me shiver. What a song Alone On The Rope is, I hope it will stay in the setlist. Watching this reminded me of how much I love that song! And what a weird journey I've been having with ITHOTM. First, I didn't care much for it. In the context of the album it grew on me and listening to the live version, I begin to like it quite a lot! Nice one, Noel!
