It's not so much that he's a great player that he's going to massively improve them (he was our 3rd best midfielder behind Shinnie and McLean) but you just do not make that move, ever, especially after being Aberdeen captain and lying to your manager that you aren't going to Rangers. Snake. Hayes away to Celtic now too? You'll be spewing mate! Absolute shambles haha. Sunderland sniffing around McInnes too, going to be a long summer.

It's fucking shite, we've never been good in my life before, I'm not ready to see that crumble yet haha.

Caixinha already working his magic. He does not have the best of reputation here in Portugal. He never did anything major during his stay in our leagues.

It will be very difficult to come back from probably our worst ever European result. Queue the new club digs globe 😜 Watching the game I knew we were going out. The fact we couldn't kill the game at Ibrox was a bad sign but last night I'd say only 3 players got pass marks. The rest were shocking. I still can't really get my head around why we went for Pedro in the first place. He has not shown anything that suggests he's a top level coach. Tactics and selections are so inconsistent, players don't seem to know what positions to play in and there seems a total lack of desire from some. I understand it's only been 3 weeks preseason training, a load of new players and language barriers but they should have been good enough to win over both legs. The banter years continue!

Pishing myself when I saw this last night Should have got McLeish back Jim. This guy is a clown. I think a few in the boardroom will be thinking the same thing. Earliest he'll go is Christmas after bringing in so many of his own players, unless he somehow has an amazing start to the league but I can't see it at all. Team are a bunch of spineless fuckers that don't have the guts to dig deep and fight. They just pass and pass and pass, lose possession and then get hit on the counter, it's so predictable. We'll see if big Bruno Alves can put the fear into some of them and maybe Dorrans can do something in the midfield but it's going to be another hard watch this season I reckon.

I see the SFA are doing their usual spineless pandering to Sevco and have basically come out and said they aren't going to do anything about the outcome of the tax case despite the fact it has just been proven that they financially cheated to the tune of £47m.

I understand it's only been 3 weeks preseason training, a load of new players and language barriers but they should have been good enough to win over both legs. The banter years continue! I don´t think he´s gonna be good like Carlos Carvalhal has been for Wednesday for example. Carvalhal had a decent rep here, had some good jobs and many say he was unfairly treated while at Sporting Lisbon. I´ve noticed many of your signings because Rangers is my favorite team in Scotland and some are Portuguese. Fábio Cardoso is decent enough and young but may take some time adapting. Bruno Alves to be fair i hate the vagina(i´m a Benfica fan, you get why after this) but he can give a right dose of aggressiveness to the team but i reckon he must be getting a lot of money and i wonder if it compensates to pay him that much instead of signing someone else younger. Dálcio has potencial but we talking about a guy who played only for our B team and went right away to a hard league to adapt to while Candeias, well, he was a starter for mid table teams here, had some decent seasons, i think he might be useful with time. But deep down Caixinha is just not good enough, he did a 10th place with Leiria and then left them to take charge of Nacional and only got 5 points 6 league games and Nacional usually fought for a European place. He then went to Mexico and we all know south american football relates to nothing when compared with European, they don´t know what defense is. You would have been better off signing someone who knows the reality of scottish football.

Gin & Tonic great result for you lads last night. Didn't even know you had signed thon Stewart! Pure gutting to see GMS in a sheep strip Aye good result, first half was poor but we were all over them in the second half. Christie is a class above, pretty much single handedly pulled us through that tie. Shame Stewart and Christie are only loans as they both look very promising. GMS was fucking shite across the two legs but I'll let him off for getting a goal last night haha. Hopefully improves once he's match sharp, clearly not 100% at the moment. Very tough but definitely winnable tie in the next round considering some of the other teams we could've drawn.

That Club 1872 statement is a belter, how scummy are your fans that they need to be commended for not violently lashing out an opposing manager ffs (for the record Neil Lennon is a vagina of the highest order).

"No-one like us, we don't care"... except when the boy who we've been hurling vile sectarian abuse at for 15 years turns round and makes a few wee hand gestures at us, then we turn into poor wee sensitive souls who go running to the authorities.
