Don't think Rangers will get into the SPL now. Hibs are looking decent and I just can't see Rangers getting the better of them. Which begs the question as to what Rangers are going to do now - their biggest names are all going to be one year older, they are not in their prime so it might just get more difficult. If the new director is serious about implementing a philosophy/model, he will hire a coach who will implement modern coaching methods into Rangers. Who that manager will be I have no idea, but there's no point in hiring an average manager like McCall on a full time basis. Their youth system is flawed, which is one of the main problems. They've let some great players go over the last few seasons that never got a shot in the first team. They need to sort this out if they want to progress. The first team players are simply not good enough. Even the best manager in the world can only work with what he's given so they'll have to have a major clear out in the summer. What calibre of players can they feasibly hope to attract though? They're just an average 2nd tier side at the moment with a much larger support than most (although that is dwindling as well). Realistically, they won't be able to bring in any top players.

mon pars Fifer bastard etc. Seriously though, what's happened to Dunfermline this year? Jeffereies surely can't have been doing a worse job than Potter. I was at the Petrofac cup game earlier in the season and it was a really even game. This Dunfermline team must be one of the worst full time sides ever in Scottish football if they finish 7th? Finishing below 5 part time teams would be abysmal. I do think it will happen though, only seen Dunfermline once this season but they were really poor and by all accounts have only got worse since then. I mean, they couldn't even beat Stirling last weekend and there's a reason Stirling only have 14 points.

Quite sad what has happened to Dunfermline when you consider the potential that club has. But, they are from Fife after all, so fuck them

Leaving for Dundeh soon, hopefully pick up the 3 points. Dundee have been a bit of a bogey team for us this season.

How immature from Dundee. You'd think they'd have learnt how to run a club professionally after they fucked up over a decade ago huh?

Don't follow women's football but I'm hoping Glasgow City can turn this game around against PSG, doesn't matter which level of football it is, the quarter finals of the women's champions league must be a pretty big deal eh?

Gutted about Rangers winning today, was hoping they'd break some sort of record for consecutive draws! Crazy stuff that Hearts are champions already, well chuffed for them

Hearts are clearly the best team by a long way in this league, so congratulations go to them. They won't finish the season unbeaten though. As for Rangers beating Hibs, nobody could have been expecting that. Hibs didn't show up today and Rangers seemed to have strengthened in every area since the Alloa game. It probably means that Rangers are too far out of reach for us to catch so it will be either Falkirk or Queens that will play them in the first round of play off games, assuming that Hibs finish second.

Couldn't believe we actually had a bit of fight about us yesterday, actual football was just blood and snotters but not complaining, all about winning right now before some decent foundations are set during the summer.
Well done to Hearts on winning the Championship, had the right ideas right from the start.

Is there any finer way to spend a Tuesday evening than in Cowdenbeath? No there isn't! Two teams who insisted on lumping high balls at each other, watched by a crowd of 565. Parts of the pitch obscured by supporting pillars and a large fence. What a sight to behold... A dreary first half did little to raise the spirits of an away support that was chilled to the bone, especially the pair of moaning old bastards in front of me. But hark! As the second half gets underway, Sir John of clan Baird rises like a salmon to head The Bairns into a thoroughly undeserved lead, which was well protected for the remainder of the game by the cavalrymen in rear. And I must pass on my congratulations to Roath Ravers, who well and truly put Queens in their place tonight. PS. Driving back on a dark Fife b-road with Listen Up blasting on the car stereo was close to perfection.

Last time I was at Central Park was for a League Cup game in 1995, it looks like it hasn't changed a bit in 20 years.
