This one is aimed at the musicians in the group, really. Any time I play my guitar, I automatically / instinctively start playing either TIOBI or Married With Children. What's everyone elses?

I caught myself blasting "flick of the finger" over my twin reverb pretty often. but thats a BE song.
I really love to play "a bell will ring" on the guitar. I know its not a favourite here, but such a pretty tune to play on the guitar.

In terms of guitar playing, probably 'Fade Away' or 'Some Might Say'.

My favourite songs to play are:
Live Forever, acoustically Married With Children (It's Good) To Be Free - the solo is really easy and also sounds great through a good overdrive pedal Songbird - ridiculously easy The Roller Stand By Me Supersonic - Getting the chords on a looping pedal and then playing the George Harrison solo is a lot of fun. D'Yer Wanna Be A Spaceman - I'm in the middle of recoding a 7 minute long psychedelic version of this at the moment. The Death Of You And Me The Importance Of Being Idle Talk Tonight
I know you only wanted a couple of songs but I tend to play most of these pretty regularly.

I already had this idea of Dyer wanna be a spaceman in a long version, kinda like DYKWIM. It probably would sound great

My mum once heard Stand By Me and said : that's the song you're always playing upstairs, i thought it's yours you fuckin' wanker, go get a proper job" No, no, what she really said was "that's the song you're always playing " Also i like to play songs like Hello, Morning Glory, Don't Look Back In Anger, Supersonic, Half The World Away, Talk Tonight, Girl In X Ray Shirt and stuff. The more open chords the better. That's the trick on acoustic guitar.

I'm learning right now and it's getting tough keeping my index finger from touching lower strings making the notes not come out (I'm a newbie, haha), but right now I've been learning the chords for Slide Away and Live Forever. Also touched alittle on Songbird cause it's really easy. Tried Dying of the Light earlier with a capo but I gotta get those Wonderwall chords down!

Cigarettes and Alcohol, Acquiesce, The Masterplan, Supersonic..
Also, not strictly Oasis, but I Am The Walrus is always fun to play..incidentally, could anyone tab out Noel's solo at the end when the chord cycle restarts i.e. at 3.35 in this vide: - been aching to give this a try

Everytime I start playing guitar, I automatically play a G chord almost everytime. Which leads me to play either Live Forever or Whatever. Same here! Those and Cast No Shadow were also the first songs I learned to play. Apart from that I have the chord book so I usually just open a random page and start playing. Most of the songs are great to play.

I always find myself playing shaker maker and up in the sky, just something about the riff in up in the sky that sounds sexy through the orange 2x12 and a les paul

As a guitarist, its so easy to be sitting there and all of a sudden you're strumming along to Whatever, HTWA, or TIOBI

just shows how much these songs are in our veins.
even HFB1 just plays by itself when picking up the guitar. no idea what were the chords, but it just fell right into places playing them for the first time along the record.
only started to play Wonderwall once Noel started playing the 'Ryan Adams' version.
and one that hasnt been mentionned - Angel Child. top b-side.
