Probably, it's just the music they're producing since 2002 that makes it twice as hard for them to endure. Poor souls. This is both sad and true. Viva La Vida was great though. The last song of them I could intentionally listen to was 'Talk'. I guess they figured out they'd be better off financially trying to sound like a mixture of U2 (their worst sides) and David Guetta than trying to rip off Radiohead, Brian Eno or Kraftwerk. The ballad of the mighty I is a really weird name for a pop single dontcha think?
The average man on the street won't know that Mighty I is the reggae generator name for his son. And it sounds like it's not a ballad...

Maybe he/she is wrong, I don't know  Facebook/twitter announcement monday "tune in tomorrow for new single" Video on youtube and radio airplay debut tuesday, uk release on sunday. We're only 50 days from the Japanese release. One day I'm going to go to Japan on the week of a new NG / LG album, I wonder if people go down there and queue like the old days? On a separate note, we should all cancel our pre-orders if we don't get TBOTME by midnight tonight |

If you think about it, Dig Out Your Soul was done mixing in March/April of 2008. Album came out in October. Same wait time.
