Glad they asked him about crisps again. When he says 'crisp', is it the equivalent vernacular of a chip in the U.S? In which case, I wonder if he's ever tried Lays Salt & Vinegar, which happens to be my favorite chip.

Finally got confirmation that he was indeed recording in LA when the that picture of him Brand and Morrissey was taken.

His comment that some of the songs could be regarded as some of the worst he's written, but they're on the album because they fit the context, is a bit worrying. Somehow I must have missed this comment. Which interview was it in? Xfm part one I think it was

I think he said something like some are the best he's ever written and some aren't but sound good in the context of the album. A very different statement.

Wow so much Stop the Clocks hate, I think it's a fine tune although I'm not really arsed for the album version. It's like Noel's homage to the La's Looking Glass.

Is this all there is of this interview? I'm only seeing like 3-4 minutes. This one seemed more focused on the new album than any of the others, shame it's so short.

It was longer, they've edited it heavily and only kept the bits where he actually talked about the album. He talked about his hair saying that he was blessed with great (thick) hair, but had a bad back, but I can't remember what else.

www.todayfm.com/GallagherNoel was on Today FM yesterday (i think) He was also on Strawberry Alarmclock 104 this morning. I don't think thats on catch up yet but was good as always, They said album was great. One of them said the dying of the light took him back to his youth? Also girl with x rays eyes starts bit like masterplan (and bit of 'stairway') Only other song mentioned was the righstuff which was same as far away as supersonic line (which now includes worth reforming oasis to ask liam to sing it i.e. he wouldn't, which he says same for river man in the today fm interview)
