I don't see anything north of San Diego--no Portland, Seattle, or Vancouver, Canada--which are all fairly close to each other for a traveling band.

Will noel bring along his brass section for the American tour? I know last time for the tour with snow patrol he didn't bring anything other than the core band. I know he probably won't bring the choir for the American tour.

Does Noel make any money from the US tour? He said recently that he hated driving on a bus through America.

I was quite surprised to be honest when they had the screens for the DOYS tour. Before that, the set's always been super-minimalistic here - which I was fine with too.

It's kind a strange that Noel still keeps on touring that much in the US. For the last album he did 3 legs , right? He has trouble to sell out even small theaters. I don't think that he makes that much money. He will get his part, and that's definitely enough for having fun, seeing the big cities, hanging out with his mates ,hangovers.....!!!!

TDOYAM sounded alright without it but for new the album, I would like to hear the sax and all.

Both NGHFB and Ride are playing the Warfield in a few weeks in San Francisco. I went to buy Ride tickets just now and did a quick comparison - Ride has definitely sold more tickets. They only have the very last rows left, whereas Noel has the entire upper deck almost still available.

For the European and Korean/Japanese tour they employed (?) a different brass section for every country,so I guess they'll find someone for the US tour too

If anyone is looking for a ticket to the Dallas show I've got one for sale at face value $93.40 - it's in section Right, Row G seat 4. I upgraded my ticket to the front row so don't need this one. I'll be driving up from Houston the day of the show so can meet you at the venue. Let me know!
