I got tickets for the Philly show! Woo! I missed out last time he was here because it was right around the time my son was born. Glad I hesitated a few minutes today to ask my friend if he wanted to go because the tickets I would have ended up with were worse than what I ended up getting. Now I'm much closer to the stage. I can't wait. What website did u order the tickets from? |

I read tickets on sale Friday and radio 1045 is having presale thursdsy.

I spent almost $400 for front row the last time he was here There were no Pit tickets when I went on if they were even available for pre-sale in the first place. I happened to be checking my mail on my phone and saw the email had been sent 10 minutes earlier. When I first went on the site the seats I had were in Row M but in the time it took me to ask my friend I had lost those seats and two seats in Row G appeared, which were much better. |

Fuck me just realized I can't take off work the week of the Philly show. Might have to go to Boston instead since it's on a Saturday. Oh well, prices are a bit cheaper there anyway.

So I've been on cloud 9 all day. The thing that kinda blows my mind is I assumed he would play bigger venues on this tour, just as a natural progression. The Tower Theater (even though I hate the venue) was the next step in terms of capacity I figured. I thought if he sold that out, then maybe the next time we'd possibly see him at the Susquehanna Bank Center. I figured the SBC would be where he tops out. But the Merriam seats 1,050 less than the Academy of Music, which sold out immediately from what I remember. The Academy of Music show was fantastic and packed with people. You could feel the energy and the whole show was like a big sing-a-long with friends. I hope a small, shitty venue like the TLA or Electric Factory isn't the future that awaits him. |

I was about to buy tickets to the D.C show since there was no philly show, but now I'm thinking I might do the trifecta of New York, philly, and dc I'm doing Philly and DC. Driving up Wednesday, grabbing my brother, going to show, driving back to DC on Thursday, going to show, crash at home in Virginia. :) |
