My top 5 would be..
Dear Prudence Stawberry Fields Forever A Day in the Life Tomorrow Never Knows In My Life
With honourable mentions to Come Together, I Am the Walrus, and Penny Lane...
Those may sound like the common ones people would go with, but damnit, they're all brilliant.

You wanna know why the Beatles are the best band ever?
I'm reading over these responses and I can't really disagree with most of them. Amazing how many all time great songs were written by these dudes. Usually, like most listeners I go through certain phases with songs/albums but these five are (probably) my all time favorite Beatles tunes.
1. Dear Prudence 2. In My Life 3. We Can Work It Out 4. A Day in the Life 5. Tomorrow Never Knows
Honorable mentions: Nowhere Man, Helter Skelter, Strawberry Fields Forever, Till There Was You, She Said She Said, I'm Only Sleeping, All My Loving, Tell Me Why; I could name several more that are just as great obviously, their the Beatles.

Clearly A Day in the Life. Btw, Am I the only one who thinks Sgt.Peppers is a bit...well, shit? B.L.A.S.P.H.E.M.Y Every time I listen to it it's just not very good - there's only really A Day in the Life, She's Leaving Home and Within You Without You I care for. It's seems predominantly a filler album to me. But then everyone else thinks it's the best album ever so what do I know?

But then everyone else thinks it's the best album ever so what do I know? I don't think it's the best album ever, and I don't feel like typing out a long story of explaining why it's seen as an amazing album, but there's enough to find about it on the internet, and that makes you understand why it's seen the way it's seen. I actually prefer Revolver, Abbey Road, Magical Mystery Tour and Rubber Soul all over Sgt. Pepper.

Jesus this is so damn tough. 'A day in the life' tied with 'Something'. Changes so often.

Radio here did a poll of the 50 best Beatles songs of all time this week, wondered what yours was. In case you're wondering, mine is Dig A Pony Dig A Pony very rarely gets mentioned but it's one of my personal Let It Be highlights. One of the Beatles's best riffs.

I don't dislike it, but I think it's quite bad compared to the other albums they released in the second half of their career. The White Album for me is probably the weakest of their post-Beatlemania phase. It has its hits and misses and is the sound of a band falling apart at the seams. All basically solo songs, none of it is ever quite cohesive for me. The messiness of it is it’s charm I understand, and it’s the musical equivalent of a box of chocolates. We all have our favourites and we all have our least favourites and it’s something to dip into randomly at any time.

In terms of Beatles ‘deep cuts’, a massive shout out to the Rubber Soul duo of Girl and Michelle.
Amazing tunes that don’t get the attention they deserve.

Straberry Fields Forever. being a rare beatiful groovy tune is one thing - but then the crazy studio work on that with the reversing, the mellotron, the pitch defect........genius

I wanted to say for me it's Let It Be, but then I had another look at the tracklist and could point out 7 songs I like a lot. For me it'd probably be the White Album as well.
