Hello! My name is Jacob, I'm from New York. Not too good at intros haha. Obviously, I'm a huge Oasis (as well as a Beady Eye and NGHFB) fan. Got into them a while back when my friend gave me the Apoquindo bootleg cd. (not to get off topic, but I traded that CD and I'd really, really appreciare a link!) Having always been a big fan of 60s and 70s rock, I appreciated Oasis' homages to the psych, glam and plain simple rock'n'roll! They clicked with me. The boys instantly became my favorite band. And listening to them got me into so many different artists, like the Smiths, the Stone Roses, the Inspiral Carpets, Slade etc. I owe alot to Liam and Noel! Although I never got to see Oasis in concert, I was lucky enough to be able to see Beady Eye at Terminal 5 and NGHFB at Beacon Theatre. Anyways, I really look forward to being a part of this forum!
