Yeh. I still have fond memories for it compared to some people I guess and I suppose I will always have a bit of a soft spot for it but aside from that, the first 5 tracks and Falling Down are actually incredible so I always think it's a bit of a shame more effort wasn't put into it as it had the potential to be not too far the nineties albums with those tracks on it but I guess Noel's heart wasn't in it anymore and it feels a little hollow now when I listen to it now Yeah true, and when you think of some of the songs which Noel would have had at the time, which he kept for HFB, they could have improved DOYS I reckon. Yeah, they could've easily improved it a lot if you consider Record Machine and Come On Outside would be on the record.

Definitely Maybe at a store in Toronto in September or October '94. I was on a road trip during a study abroad programme with Bowling Green State University in Ohio. We played it pretty much non-stop for the rest of the trip on a portable CD player as the car only had a cassette deck!

The first Oasis record I bought was a 7" of The Importance Of Being Idle that was signed by the whole band.
The first album was a Dutch pressing of Definitely Maybe.

Dad already had the Wonderwall and Don't Look Back In Anger singles, they're still the only ones I have. I think that What's the Story was the first album, or Don't Believe the Truth.

(What's the Story) Morning Glory? was the first I got, followed by Definitely Maybe. Never bothered with singles.

SOTSOG was the first album I got during it's first week or so out. I wasn't really into music that much but two lads in my form were constantly talking about it during the build up of its release and my birthday was coming up, so when my Mom asked what I wanted I just said 'The new Oasis album' to sound cool!!
Single was Whatever. I was hooked after hearing SOTSOG so I rushed out and brought their entire album collection within a few weeks. Obviously Whatever is missing so I went into a second hand record store and brought the single;
Such great times

I got WTSMG in 2006, didn't actually get into Oasis until 2010 which was unfortunately too late...
I've never bought a single.

I bought Lyla when it came out in May 2005 which then lead to me buying DBTT shortly after.
The next album I bought was Morning Glory, then Definitely Maybe. After that I bought the rest chronologically.

Album - Definitely Maybe and (What's the Story) Morning Glory? (Bought them at the same time)
I have yet to buy any singles at all, but I've seen them for dirt cheap prices on Amazon, so I may look into it. The Some Might Say single interests me for obvious reasons.

Since I'd already listened to Definitely Maybe, (What's the Story) Morning Glory? and Be Here Now digitally, I went and bought the last four (Standing on The Shoulder of Giants, Heathen Chemistry, Don't Believe The Truth, Dig Out Your Soul).

First Album: WTSMG on a Cassette back in 1996. I was 12 years old and I saved money for a long time to buy that tape. Once I got it, I went back home and listened to it for the first time on a Walkman with headphones. I remember being blown away by the first two songs and loving it. I ended up learning English because of that album (Spanish is my first language).
First single: DYKWIM on CD. First CD I ever bought. I didn't even have a CD player at the time.
