Aren't reviews meant to be unbiased, and just judge the material for what it is? This is even more laughable than Pitchfork, at least they explained why they hated Oasis (Liam's voice, etc). This review isn't even worth talking about, it should be ignored, but it's a shame as it brings that albums average score down on popular sites like Metacritic and may negatively sway people from listening to it. Ah well, hopefully sensible people will acknowledge that a 0/10 is clearly a joke of a score. I mean, even One Direction would get a 1/10 from myself or any rational person. On the positive side, a lot of people seem to be defending Beady Eye saying even if they dislike them, a 0/10 is quite harsh in the comments and on twitter

On the other hand, as he has tweeted, it's got people talking. Any publicity etc..

first thing I thought while reading this was 'sure this guy's one of those radiohead knobs'... well, then I looked after his profile down that shitty site and... voilá! radiohead is there marked as his very first musical taste.
so... what would you expect from this kind of people?
boring.

fucking ridiculous juvenile reaction. Exactly what this guy wants. Ignore the guy, that's what an attention seeker deserves. "Make him pay". FFS Not my reaction, only my suggestion. Oh, well in that case everything is ok.

Just keep blowing up his twitter, we must make him pay if we're to uphold the honor of Beady Eye and the legacy of Oasis! fucking ridiculous juvenile reaction. Exactly what this guy wants. Ignore the guy, that's what an attention seeker deserves. "Make him pay". FFS Anyone else fear from comments like that that we're turning into Justin Bieber fans I'm going to treat him like I do all internet trolls. Ignore him and deny him the attention he so desperately seeks. I already regret having clicked on the link to even show him I read his stupid review

Not my reaction, only my suggestion. Oh, well in that case everything is ok. This. It shouldn't be even a suggestion. It's childish. He wrote a review. Did he kill your first born? No. Leave it at that.

Oh, well in that case everything is ok. This. It shouldn't be even a suggestion. It's childish. He wrote a review. Did he kill your first born? No. Leave it at that. What's childish and or juvenile about it and more importantly, what child have you ever seen (other than in a movie) that acts in such a way? The answer: Probably none. Revenge is primarily an adult reaction. If you mean immature, I would still debate that. Maturity has no strict definition. It changes and fluctuates, especially based on the situation and culture. Some people believe in a twisted golden rule, some people believe its best to always take the higher ground. Neither is better than the other, they both have flaws and consequences. Not everyone acts like you. And we all have to accept that if we are to accept each other. If we all were the same, we would live in a very boring, repetitive world. So lets say hundreds of people spam his twitter account. What happens as a result? The people who felt it was worth taking the time and effort to do it it will feel a sense of self gratification. The jerk author will either be flustered or cheerful about it depending on the reaction he wanted. In the end, everyone wins and or gets what they deserve. No harm done. Welcome to the internet. And if someone killed my first born, I wouldn't react by blowing up said persons twitter account, such a reaction would be a bit weak and underwhelming based on the stimulus.

You've not spent enough time around kids. The first thing that children do when they feel upset is to lash out in my experience.

Do you know what could have hurted him more? The fact that no one would have noticed his crappy biased review. But since we are in era of the internet once it's out there, its out there. Y0ou can't change it for the better or the worse.
We could leave this alone and let this 'journalist' with his music alone. But knowing some fans of Beady Eye(not all) this will have a fight over the comments and twitter accounts related the the reviewer/website.
