Im so pleased to say that I was one of the 10 lucky winners there last night! I'll upload pics and vids shortly! Heres what happened: Walked into studio to be greeted by management staff, handed a signed photo of the band! Told to go into an upstairs room and help ourselves to a drink ( there was a table full of beers/ wines etc) Someone came in and said we were the first people to here the album in its entirety. Halfway through the album someone stopped the album and told us to make our way downstairs as the band were going to play 6 songs for us They played the 6 songs amazingly We went back upstairs and was followed by the band Had a chat and photo with all of them (every one of them was an absolute gent!) Got all of my beady eye stuff signed by the whole band too! Needless to say it was the best night of my life!! (Don't tell my wife or two children that!) You met Liam and Beady Eye?? Yes, had a good chat to all of them, got all of my limited edition 7" vinyls signed too! |

I think it's a great idea to do all those small events, those accoustic gigs. It give a sens of exlusive chance. Its uses Liam's popularity to create intimate once in a lifetime event. Which Noel has been doing for years and Liam never really did.
It's actually good management. I'm not so sure about the preety green shopping trip with Liam, but on the other hand if they film it it could be hilarious watching Liam help a guy to shop in pretty green.
And I got to meet the band quickly during DGSS, they are really nice guys. Liam is very nice and plays the autograph and picture game happily with fans and chat with them. It must have been so great to be at this gig.

Though my choice of wording would have been less abusive I agree, are people forgetting how bad Liam was from 2002 - 06 especially? Obviously it's not 1996 Liam but that has gone now and people need to move on, there's nothing bad about his voice at the minute and I think too many people are keen to have a dig and use the same old clichés about him. |

I put my time in saying what I felt needed to be said whether they liked It or not swear to god reading you pissed is like reading my stuff years ago ....glad to see I am not only one.... Would continue doing it but frankly these days have more fun laughing at the overanalyzation of people who fancy themselves " in the biz " with some of the posts about vocals , production songwriting skills , needeing to listen a few ntimes to know if you like it ,,or better yet thinking you like it , then changing mind only to like again wtf  ?? its only rock snd roll it aint that hard ya know ?? glad your here to keep that spirit alive man . |

I love his voice now, and I agree that he's better than he's been for the past 10 years. Saying that I still think it's completely justified to be disappointed with his performance on Jools. We all know he was ill and all, I just think most of us wish they didn't even preform that night since it surely won't win over any new fans. Just a shame they've been fucked on Jools for both albums, let's hope he's not sick when they're promoting the next one  |

I really like his voice on Be and during the live performances so far, just think on apple they could be a lot better, he did a great job on the acoustic version of apple I wasnt trying to "hate" liams voice in any way, cause i love it,just think apple could be better, since the vocals in the acoustic version where a lot better imo |

Hate how he sounds for the first few words but the rest is fine, it's not great though, lets not kid ourselves, if it was anyone else but Liam we wouldn't be impressed.

I'm guilty of doing it myself quite often but at the same time I know it won't make my point stand out any more than being civilised would  I actually agreed with his post bar that and thought he was spot on. |
