I've not heard the album yet as I'm waiting for better quality/actual release. But I cannot believe people jumping down someones throat just because they say they don't like the album or they think it's poor. Surely everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Depends if you like LAG rock. If you like songs like Eyeball Tickler, you'll probably like this one too. Well yeh, that's a bit of a tune, I thought you meant the likes of Ain't Got Nothin... That's a different story... The drums do sounds a bit like Meaning Of Soul but Face The Crowd is a more complete song

I have no will power and listened to the leak in full once, and then just a couple of songs twice because I really wanted to give them another listen. I'll try not to do it again, because this album deserves to be enjoyed in full quality. And I'd like everyone to give it a fair listen when it leaks in good quality, which I hope it's very soon.

Don't Brother Me is truly terrible. I'd say it's the worst song a Gallagher has ever released and it makes Little James sound like a masterpiece -- yes, that includes lyrics.

I found Iz Rite on youtube and the sound was so bad that I turned it off after 2 seconds. No way I could judge anything based on that and it would totally ruin the album if it's all the same quality. The band deserves better than this.

Ok I'm taking My Laptop out of the Office and going to listen to this, I'd say the split is about 50/50 on this board though on the whole, some people declaring it shite and others saying it's a good solid album. be back in an hour......wish me luck! Good luck. But I don't think there's anyway anyone can come to a hard conclusion about this album until a better quality version comes out. As of the moments they're just previews unto the overall sound. Not much more than that. ...says one of the first few gentlemen who were first to piped up with his critical thoughts just minutes after, say, leak. ....Yep, HE'S A GROWER!!

Not heard every tune yet, but I'm changing my original opinion, and now am thinking this album is pretty good, bad lyrics aside.
Honestly, this is shaping up to be better than DGSS by far.
The fact that I keep returning to SBOTA, FOTF, SA, Ballroom....and especially Iz Rite (still dislike the verses - too All In the Mind for me, ie MOR and dull, but love the Oasis sounding bridge and chorus), and very very very especially I'm Just Saying with the vintage Oasis sound, speaks volumes.
Maybe I'll be less excited about the above when the novelty wears off, or maybe even more excited when hearing the proper, full quality version, who knows?
As it stands now, it's much better than their debut in so many ways (new thread topic soon), and it's the most sounding Oasis that BDI have done (another new thread topic idea) while still having BDI hallmarks of difference and distancing themselves from the former band (yet another good thread topic idea - I'm gonna be busy on here, innit).
Shame about the lyrics, they have good ideas just the poor execution flaws them, they are alsoc seriously missiing Noel, but there are some good things going on with these songs.....
