I understand and agree with you 100 percent there is a solution I am not a proponent of it ,banning only WEBBY knows what he can do ...but WEBBY says the forum is fine , he posted as much the other day in a thread ...so if WEBBY is not concerned nothing can be done the mods have let him know he has decided no action is needed whether that's a monetary decision or not I have no clue nor do I care ...I do know if WEBMASTER THINKS there is no problem WEBBY is sadly mistaking Edit.
