There are different kind of "trolls". There are those who only post the things that bother the most, whether they believe in them or not, just to start a fight amongst members. Those guys maybe don't deserve to be banned, they just have to be ignored, let them talk to themselves, block them, whatever, until they get the point that they should start behaving like a civilized adult.
To block a member, go to their profile, click on the arrow on the top right corner and you'll see the option.

There are other trolls who are just plain bullies, keyboard warriors, insulting and name calling everyone who comes across their paths. Those guys should definitely be banned, because they bring nothing to a discussion. Verbal violence shouldn't be tolerated.
Maybe they're projecting something? I don't know, they could use some psychological help, if you ask me, and a MUSIC forum is definitely not the place for them.

what i meant was not just directed at you, but these threads are just made for opinions. i know that there are much people, that love to heat up the temper just by writing nonsense, but yeah i get your point, that it is a bit annoying to add IMO everytime, but these harsh critics just are sometimes really annyoing too, and i really wonder why the Beady Eye section is full of shit discussions, because i love Noel Gallagher too, but i really think his HFB album is dull in many aspects like production, tracklisting, overall feeling etc. but i'm not on the NGHFB section and trying to convince people, to see my opinion as the right one.

Agreed. Your posts in the Oasis/Noel sections are well reasoned and thoughtful responses. The constant trashing of Beady Eye on every thread in this section just gets tiresome, and detracts from the discussion of the thread until its completely lost track. There's nothing wrong with having an opinion and disliking something, but when you're imposing your dislike on other people trying to discuss it on numerous threads it does border on trollmanship.

No one said it was going to collapse. It existing is clearly more important to you than it being the best it can be.

With a new BE album coming out there's a chance to pick up a few new members and some that don't post regularly. I doubt that will go to far past the release as it is now.
