At a glance looks a bit similar. Definitely think it's Gem though.

Looks too young/skinny to be Gem, don't ya think? Plus the hair is too light, Gem's hair is naturally black correct? Funnily enough, upon first glance I thought it was JB.  Since Liam kept going on about him, y'know!Either him or the drugs.... Now I'm guessing either you all are right, or it's one of their kids... |

Definitely photo-edited and they upped the contrast/brightness which might make his hair seem lighter. I'm 99% sure it's Gem though.  |

I think Gem's natural hair is just a very dark brown not truly black. I think it's just the effects put on the photo that have made his hair seem lighter than usual. Look at the way the hands are washed out and faded into the white background. Still looks like Gams eye to me. Definitely not Justin Bieber...thank god. Justin Bieber doesn't just model for random bands single covers. Even Liam doesn't have that kind of pull. And that's nothing like his recent hairstyle. (Don't judge me for knowing that) |

In many cases, natural black hair actually look brown or sometimes even gold under strong light. So yeah it's obviously Gem.
