Just thought I'd introduce myself. Huge music fan from Belfast in Ireland. Everything from 60's Beatles, Stones, Kinks, Small Faces, etc. Massive Bowie fan, The Pistols, Clash, Ska, punk, britpop, Weller throughout the ages. Really enjoyed Tame Impala's last album, Miles Kane produced a great sound with his last album, can't wait to hear his new one. Which brings me onto Oasis, Beady Eye and Noel.
Huge Oasis fan over the years, went to see them live in '94 at £7.50 a ticket. Some moments are better than others like any band. Always thought the introduction of Gem and Andy Bell was a great addition to the band. Especially Andy Bell, who wrote some great tunes pre-oasis. Always felt that Noel didn't give them the creative room in the band to show off their songwriting abilities which is why I'm quite excited about Beady Eye. I thought DGSS, was a much better album than they got credit for. It was a better album than quite a few Oasis albums imo. Noel's HFB's album was a good album also. But I think there seems more life in Beady Eye imo.
Cheers!

Thanks folks! Looking to get stuck in to plenty of debate. especially with the new Beady eye stuff just around the corner.
Btw, is there room on the forum to discuss music outside of the Gallaghers?
