The outspoken frontman previously set the bar high for his band’s success, when he said: ‘F*** being as big as Oasis. I want to be bigger than The Beatles, man.’

I did mis read that but.. Them rolling out that quote over 2 years on..sigh.
These interviews normally stolen repackaged interviews so maybe we'll see an NME interview this week, or something else at least

Haha not to say he won't say it in whatever interview they've pinched those quotes from.

They are saying the single is Flick Of The Finger, so much confusion!

I'm sure they are wrong I'm sure 'kill switch' will be the single.
Playing FOTF on radio in u.s, giving out the stems, Liam tweeting a lad for his cover, uploading it to your soundcloud and then getting Uk stations to play it is defo making things confusing tho.

Zane Lowe says he has a different song to play on the 15th. He`s someone with credibility that we know has heard both songs.
I don`t even see why anyone is even entertaining the thought that Flick of the Finger is a single. The Metro article is just obviously out of date in it`s information

We know Zane said that and we know xfm also said FOTF wasnt the single.
The quotes in that article are new tho the sitek, iPhone comments and album date must be stolen from a new interview we've not read yet.
Maybe all this rumoured delays was deciding singles etc and why these marketing of the singles at least seems contradictory

I just find it strange that the first airplay of Kill Switch is meant to be on Monday and there has been no announcement at all about it yet.

I'm sure it'll come this week. Announcements are normally made towards end of weeks? They'll let everyone enjoy the stems etc. Maybe Zane will mention it on Thursday nights show then BE will friday morning? (All stems must be done by then too)

Based on this information I'd say Kill Switch will be officially released on the 6th May, and Another Bite of the Apple on 3rd June a week before the album!
Bring it on!

Yes Beady Eye, let's tap into some more modern influences. FOTF is a great start. Keep it going boys.

So 2 more months away from release and we'll have heard 2 of the 10-12 songs from the album already in a few days. There better be some good b-sides to tide us over (they shouldn't release anymore album tracks until maybe end of May).
I remember DGSS leaking quite early, any guess for the imminent leak of LOMAB? I say it leaks a lot later this time, I'll go with June 3.

It was pretty early still. Compare that to the NGHFB leak, which only came like 24-48 hours before the actual release.

There was some kind of stream in a sony (preview for journalists) website, the rip was 128 bits or something... An Oasis argentine website cracked the password IIRC.

I remember exactly when the leak happened. Feb 13, the night Arcade Fire won the Grammy for Album of The Year. Thought the leak originated from Japan.
